We came across this restaurant by chance, Stefania, the owner, welcomed us, a very friendly lady, a little taciturn at first but then once we got to know her, she became friendly. We took the chickpea and chestnut soup, to continue with the roasted porcini mushroom with potatoes, (local porcini mushrooms) all excellent. Finally to end in style its majesty Thousand leaves, crunchy, crumbly, a real pleasure. I recommend it to everyone, and for us it will definitely be goodbye 😜

Hi, I don't usually write reviews anywhere but I have to do this one First of all I would like to compliment the restaurant staff who were very kind and very professional, calm decorum and professionalism even though that day there was a table of 15 people (who had the courage to give a false review) which disturbed not only my family but also the rest of the customers...I ate very well and at the right time despite the place being full.. I would like to tell this "sir" that respect is the basis of mutual coexistence With this I advise you to come to CAROLINO...

Delicious typical dishes, friendly and nice staff, welcoming location. We ate there on two consecutive evenings during our stay in Soriano nel Cimino. Amazing desserts. Absolutely worth trying. Manu and Luca.

29/08/2024: The pizzas are decent. Unfortunately the spicy oil was not, so thinking of an oversight by the waiter I realized that it had expired. Probably not a problem for a freshly opened bottle. If I were to return to the area and had more time I would ask for clarification. Overall recommended.

22/08/2024: Taking advantage of a beautiful day at the end of August spent in Marta, on Lake Bolsena, we decided to have lunch in this restaurant. The location is enviable because, by choosing to have lunch outside, you really enjoy a beautiful view, in fact the tables are located just a few meters from the lake shore. Naturally we opted for a fish-based lunch but there is also the possibility of choosing and enjoying meat-based dishes. To start, we ordered mixed fish starters, both hot and cold, then we moved on to some first courses and finally ended the lunch with some homemade tiramisu. We were unable to order the second courses because, at least for us, both the starters and the first courses were plentiful and satisfied us fully. The service was also good, the staff were friendly and helpful. The price seemed in line with what was ordered and for the quality of the products offered. As far as we are concerned, it is based on our experience that we recommend this restaurant.
