Regardless of what some MISERABLE person may say, who, because of the fact that his ABSURD request (INSISTENTLY wanting a NON-EXISTENT dish on the house menu) was not fulfilled, in "retaliation" he INVENTED the IGNOBLE and FALSE "review" that precedes this one, I can serenely affirm that the RESTAURANT in question is a Reality of ABSOLUTE QUALITY and UNIQUENESS for the HONESTY and EXCELLENCE it expresses through the FOOD AND WINE offerings it Produces.

Excellent food especially the lamb chops as they melt in your mouth. The spaghetti with clams and their house bread is also delicious. Highly recommended.

Il Carolino is located right in the center of Soriano nel Cimino and offers a selection of traditional local dishes. Card payments are accepted, which is convenient. However, the cover charge of €2.50 feels excessive given the service — we were only brought bread, without any olive oil. We tried the pappardelle with porcini mushrooms and the gnocchi with ragù; both were good, but nothing exceptional.

Even though we had chosen the wrong day due to the heavy rain today that caught us by surprise on the terrace, we had a really good lunch and were treated very well despite the weather difficulties.

Beautiful setting, we were there for sun set, the swifts were flying around, really lovely out in the back garden.
The food was amazing, they accommodated my gluten free requirements without a problem. All 3 of us enjoyed our meals- pasta, fish and pork, delicious!

Enjoyed pizzas here and a lovely and tasty tiramisu. Nice ambiance. Looks like they also have a courtyard. Food was reasonably priced. Staff was very nice.
