The first time I came by chance in 2012, they fed me very tasty! And I was pleasantly surprised that when I visited after so many years (2025, it's a pity the horse meat dish disappeared) my impression did not change!) Very tasty food and friendly staff! Now I have the opportunity to visit IL Carnero more often and will definitely stop by more than once!)

So far I've had a couple of business lunches... I ate Picanha tartare and baked potatoes, fast service and excellent food (not bad!), as soon as possible I'll try a dinner.👏👏

I went for a family dinner thanks to the repeated positive reviews we had received. Impossible to deny them. Very good place both for the internal location and for the food. Delicious picanha, says a non-meat lover. I will be back to try the tartare and other Picanha-based dishes. They also accept small dogs

Questo per me e un ristorante ove la materia prima la carne e di ottimo livello , ben eseguita nelle varie cotture , abbiamo ordinato per antipasto una tartare di fassona su osso con midollo caldo a seguire una costata del prete da 1,5 kg accompagnata da un chianti superiore top . buona al sapore e morbida come il burro poi che dire del servizio attento ed esaustivo .Complimenti ritorneremo da Valentino e nipoti (lo zio) , a presto .

Arrivato in questo Ristorante in quanto invitato da alcuni amici per una serata in compagnia. Sono rimasto sorpreso per la straordinaria qualità della carne che viene qui proposta. Servizio impeccabile e estremamente cortese. Ottima anche la cantina e l’ambiente. Consigliato ++++

23/04/2025: Brand new rooms, perfectly clean and the breakfast is in front an amazing view. The hotel crew is warmly and friendly, welcome drinks on Italian style. Try the wines from their Winery, Amarone is amazing

10/05/2025: It was very delicious and this restaurant has a high quality dishes.
29/04/2025: We discovered this restaurant by chance, with a last minute reservation based on reviews, and were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is modern and welcoming, with a fish menu and some meat options (but also for vegans and vegetarians - with flexibility in adapting some dishes). The homemade bread, soft and crunchy, was a delicious surprise. We tried excellent first courses, with homemade pasta. The desserts are good. The local bubbles enhanced the flavors and the impeccable service made lunch even more pleasant. An excellent discovery that deserves to be experienced again. The price is adequate for the quality of the dishes, the service and the location.
