We wholeheartedly recommend Il Cardello restaurant, where we celebrated our wedding dinner. Despite the unfavorable weather, Claudio and his wonderful staff managed to turn everything into an unforgettable evening. The care, passion, and attention they put into every detail made everything perfect. The exceptional food, the impeccable service, and the magical atmosphere. We felt welcomed and pampered like family. Thank you so much for making our day even more special!

A friend's recommendation couldn't have been more spot-on. My partner and I were in the area for the weekend, and she recommended this restaurant for a pleasant evening. The place has a lovely atmosphere, excellent food, and a good selection of bottles and wines by the glass. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, taking care of our two dogs. Claudio is a wonderful person, and I had the pleasure of chatting with him after dinner. When we're in the area again, we'll definitely be back.

A place not to be missed. The menu is constantly changing, with fresh ideas alternating with local classics. High quality and impeccable service, both in the restaurant and in the rooms. I also recommend attending one of the various themed evenings they organize.

È una certezza, non sbaglia un colpo. Oggi era tutto buonissimo, ma i fiori di zucca, ripieni con la ricotta che erano super. Claudio, il proprietario, sa fare il suo lavoro con professionalità e competenza. Superconsigliato!!

I nostri giri natura+cultura oggi ci hanno condotto qui nel parco regionale della valle del Senio,in Romagna, ai confini con l'Appennino tosco/emiliano, tra calanchi boschi e fiume impetuoso,il Senio,appunto.Strade tortuose incuneate nella natura aspra quasi selvatica.Bella e quasi ascetica la salita verso il monte Mauro con la chiesetta dedicata alla Madonna.Poi il pranzo, giù,a valle, in località Casola,ma qui,al Cardello dove si staglia la bella dimora agreste della famiglia Oriani.Ampiamente ristrutturata,mantiene intatto il suo valore affettivo e sociale.Le sale adibite alla ristrutturazione sono sobrie, confortevoli.Rapidi,abbiamo optato per il menù del giorno,completo,ricco di sapori genuini.Dalla pasta condita con vellutata di fave alla grigliata dalla colomba arricchita di crema ai biscottini savoiardi.Morbido il Sangiovese della casa.Silvia,la ragazza di sala,gradevole e accurata, così,il gestore.

According to my wife and me this is the best place in the area. Truly excellent creative cuisine on a local basis, an elegant and refined but discreet venue, impeccable but at the same time cordial and friendly service, a beautiful location in the midst of greenery. The prices are perfectly adequate to the level and those expected, no surprises. In fact, to be honest it wouldn't be surprising if they were even taller, considering the cuisine. It will be a point of reference for us!
