We had dinner here. Everything was really good and the staff, in addition to being very kind and professional, proved to be patient, putting us up until late at night. Nice, nice atmosphere and well prepared and presented dishes.

Location curata, suggestiva immersa nel verde…fanno senz’altro il trattamento per le zanzare perché non volava un insetto. Personale gentilissimo, cibo ottimo, curato, ben impiattato. Bellissima scoperta! Ritorneremo senz’altro!

Nice place to stop for dinner both in winter and summer given the outdoor space with beautiful views of the hills. The menu is refined and the proposals interesting with average prices. I tried the tasting menu, costing €42 with appetizer, first and second courses and dessert. Good offer on the wine list. If I have to find a flaw, for my personal taste, the dishes were not particularly hot. I appreciated the tortelli with aubergines, the burrata and confit tomatoes and certainly the courgette flowers stuffed with stracciatella and Cantabrian anchovies. I also liked the friendly and informal atmosphere at the right point.

17/11/2024: Tagliatelle STREPITOSE, fatte in casa e condire con porcini o tartufo. . duando siamo arrivati all'ultima forchettata ci è dispiaciuto troppo! Tutto il resto, verdure comprese: mai mangiato meglio ultimamente!. Cordiale e soprattutto sorridente il personale! Nonostante la lontananza, torneremo !
02/08/2024: Eating at Trattoria Valsenio is fantastic. You feel at home, pampered and eat unique things of exceptional quality. Starters, first courses, second courses, based on truffles and porcini mushrooms, bring tears to your eyes. Then the fried foods are truly incredible. Fried chicken top marks and fried porcini mushrooms worth mentioning! And don't forget the barbecue... Franca, Giovanni, their daughter and all their staff always welcome you with a smile, what more could you want?! Marzia, Flaviana, Graziano and Emiliano

06/10/2024: An Emilian management in Romagna... a successful combination. Very good dishes, served in an informal and pleasant way. Excellent quality of raw materials and an excellent touch from the cook, which makes the dishes we tasted exquisite. We had dinner twice and we definitely recommend the mollusc and crustacean soup served with croutons, grilled octopus on creamy potatoes, spaghetti alla guitar with seafood... Furthermore, being able to eat outside with the tables set in the square is very pleasant in my opinion... however, it can become challenging on a hot and muggy summer evening.
27/08/2024: Really good food, excellent quality. Very nice environment to eat outside. It will be a little hot, but in the evening it will be fine
