It's the trattoria you always have in mind but, unfortunately, it's increasingly difficult to find: family atmosphere, warm environment, artisanal and genuine cuisine, high quality local products. Abundant dishes. Everything deserves an A+, desserts included. The bill is surprisingly honest. Simplicity here is not sloppiness or an empty word but a distinctive and valuable trait, which rhymes with extreme goodness.

Locale Rustico! our point of reference in Monte Livata! Super pet friendly! Spartan. Little choice but good. Especially when you go with little attendance. With so many people the staff becomes anxious and stressed... but it is genuine and should be appreciated as such! Homemade pasta and... vabbon accussì wagliò !!!! ❤️👍🏼

Sunday lunch in the snow. We had good reviews from friends, who were not wrong. Cozy, family atmosphere, good food, lots of meat cooked on the grill (which we love). They have a huge fireplace!! The carbonara with artichokes is a delight! Very friendly and welcoming staff. We'll be back!

Cucina eccezionale, abbiamo preso una bistecca da 400gr e una porzione di fettuccine ai funghi porcini: la pasta era buona ma la bistecca era un qualcosa di fenomenale, carne tenera, cottura ottima, il grasso della carne era il top.Servizio un po' caotico, la proprietaria ci ha preso l'ordine, la cameriera ci ha portato le bevande, il cuoco addetto alla carne ci ha portato la carne.Prezzo bassi per la qualità che offrono, consigliatissimo.Ristorante situato in un posto delizioso, a 2 minuti di camminata dal luogo in cui si attrezzano sci/snowboard/slittini/bob e dalle piste.Consiglio di prenotare la mattina in cui si arriva, altrimenti si rischia di non trovare posto per pranzare.Se dovessimo ritornare una domenica per passare una giornata sulla neve, sicuramente ritorneremmo da voi, complimenti!

To eat during this period, it is really a big problem. I called on a Friday, and via SMS I managed to book at 2pm for 4 people. A small, warm cabin with a brazier as soon as you enter. Kindness of the owners, speed in serving, and very good quality. I will definitely go back, but in good weather, on a motorbike. Fair price. Abundant dishes. It's a certainty to eat well here.

Update January 2025: we live near Subiaco and always come here as soon as we can. The owner is very kind, we have a large, good and polite dog and she made us sit near the stove in the first room at the entrance. Typical mountain hut, Pet Friendly (but advise that you have a dog when booking). wood oven, wooden tables, large rooms and the scent of polenta, meat, chicory, potatoes, sausages, bacon... etc. Attentive, fast and friendly staff. Compliments to the boy who served us at the table, always in a good mood, who explained the dishes of the day with a smile.

Siamo stati a pranzo qui di domenica, dopo aver prenotato qualche giorno prima. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene, il personale veloce, gentile e attento. Abbiamo preso un'acqua, due lattine di coca cola, due primi (strozzapreti all'amatriciana), due contorni (patate al forno) e per secondo due salsicce sposate, spendendo 70 euro circa. Le porzioni erano abbondanti e soprattutto molto buone! Il pane e la carne abbrustolite sul camino sono uno dei punti forti del locale. Ha un'ottima posizione, si sta al caldo, un'ottima esperienza!
