27/05/2025: An unforgettable experience! I had the pleasure of staying at Locanda Rosso di Sera in Novello and I have to say that it was a truly superb experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by incredibly kind and helpful staff, who made our stay extremely pleasant and relaxing. Every request we had was handled with a smile and great professionalism, making us feel pampered and at home. A paradise for the palate and beyond The food offered by the inn is simply delicious! Each dish is a triumph of flavors, prepared with high-quality ingredients and presented impeccably. We tasted local specialties that won us over, accompanied by an excellent selection of local wines, which made each meal a true culinary journey. Relaxation and fun by the pool The icing on the cake of our day was the opportunity to spend time in the beautiful pool of the inn. It was the perfect way to relax and recharge, enjoying the sun and the tranquility of the surrounding landscape. In short, Locanda Rosso di Sera is a place where professionalism, good taste and relaxation blend harmoniously.
