Il Cantuccio In Giaveno

This year, Cantuccio offered takeout menus for New Year's Eve, featuring both fish and meat. We decided to try them and had a great time. A quiet evening at home for six of us. Three menus for each type. Very well organized for takeout, complete with instructions for serving the various dishes. Excellent food, generous portions. An experience to be repeated. Thank you!

We had a very good dinner. I recommend the fish. The portions are very large and the price is fair. The waiters are efficient and fast. I highly recommend it.

We ordered New Year's Eve dinner for three with a fish menu. Everything was truly excellent and very well organized, with instructions for reheating the various dishes. Congratulations.

Sunday lunch with club members, fixed menu of land and sea. What can I say? Everything was delicious (truly) and the portions were reasonable. The sea bream fillet with potato gratin was truly excellent. All this in a spacious and bright setting, despite the rainy winter day. The staff were friendly and cheerful (which is no small thing), service was fast, and generous with offering second helpings (and even trios). Very satisfied, I think I'll be back soon with my family.

Quiet and welcoming atmosphere. Abundant, good-quality seafood dishes. Limited meat options, but excellent quality, as are the desserts. Good pizza with a wide selection on the menu... The children's menu was very popular for its quantity and quality. Friendly and professional staff. Plenty of parking in front of the restaurant. It's a shame that the table had reserved a second round at 10:00 PM, and we weren't informed when we booked. Recommended

I visited Il Cantuccio pizzeria and restaurant in Giaveno and had a truly positive experience. I had the pizza: excellent, light, and made with fresh ingredients, it's easy to digest. They also had fish at my table, which looked very inviting and well-prepared. The staff is attentive, kind, and helpful, without ever being intrusive. The quality-price ratio is absolutely fair. I'll gladly return and recommend it.

I gave it 3 stars because when we entered, no one asked us if we had booked or not, and the atmosphere wasn't great. We left with our jackets and coats smelling bad.

Dinner with friends... Excellent fish... Even though the staff was small compared to the number of tables, the service was good... Special mention for "mastrolindo" who, in addition to his efficiency, entertained us with his kindness... Quality rum 😉

Nothing to complain about the food. However, they should be better organized. There were 6 of us; 3 ordered appetizers, 3 first courses, and then 3 first courses and 3 second courses. It's a shame that the appetizers arrived quite quickly, so 3 of us ate right away (relatively), while those who didn't order appetizers but ordered the first course instead had to wait an hour and a half before starting their meal. Basically, we sat down at 1:00 PM and got up at 4:30 PM. As polite as they were and the food was good, it wasn't worth the wait. Plus, we had a diabetic at the table who has to take insulin and risks getting sick if he doesn't eat within a certain amount of time, so we mentioned this. I'm sorry, but if the service improves, I'll give it 5 stars.

A very beautiful and quiet place. The menu is varied, offering a wide range of wonderful seafood and meat dishes, all delicious. The friendly and attentive staff makes you feel at home. Highly recommended.
