A pleasant surprise during a walk in the Viterbo area, a characteristic place embellished by the passion and dedication of the restaurateurs who, with tradition as well as a pinch of innovation, offer dishes of the local seasonal cuisine alongside hamburgers and pizzerias that I have not had the opportunity to try. Excellent fettuccine with artichokes, sublime sautéed chicory that evokes precious memories of grandma's house.. Recommended

A cellar is the location of this restaurant, with intimate and soft lights. The welcome is excellent and the cuisine is refined, the raw materials are excellent and treated with great care. The lady in the dining room tells you about the dishes and wines she offers, so you know perfectly what you are going to order. Everything is truly perfect and the 4 chats you have with her at the table make you feel like a guest, not a customer. The prices are in line with the excellent meal consumed. Picanha, sweet and still water for a total of €34.50. In my opinion everything is a bit overpriced; the meat, although very good, was a small piece and half of the accompanying potatoes were burnt, which made only half edible... these are details that cannot be overlooked in a €20 dish.
For the rest: a liter of natural water €4, service €3, dessert €6, prices a little inflated compared to average.
Even the first courses cost €15 and up, perhaps a little too much for the actual portions, given that they are pasta anyway.
It's a shame, the staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very charming.

I heard about this place, almost hidden and curious, and I wanted to try it, thank goodness... Because one of the best cacio e pepe ever with an extra touch given by the black truffle.
The staff were all very nice and kind, especially Stefania, who was very knowledgeable.
We will definitely be back.
