What is a Roman doing in Cremona?
I don't know, but in this place run by the chef with love and passion you can discover some "gems" of the cuisine of the eternal city. Recipes revisited according to tradition, more than honest prices and very careful choice of ingredients.
Coda alla vaccinara will be added to my dishes from now on as a "guiding spirit".
The chef also stops at the end to exchange a few words, to explain the dishes and to remove or add curiosity to return again.

After some time I returned to one of my favorite trattorias. The environment, the service and the courtesy make the experience extremely positive, as well as of course the quality of the cuisine offered. Prices have gradually increased over the years (after all, what hasn't increased?).
The only slightly less positive thing, compared to previous times, concerns the portions of the pasta dishes chosen (Carbonara and Cacio e Pepe), smaller compared to the past (comparing the photos taken with the previous ones in the archive.) Considering that Roman cuisine is typically for "Mangereccia" people, I think there could have been 20/30 grams more pasta per dish. At our table, including the women, we all had a second course of pasta. Desserts all very good. I will definitely be back.

we went to this restaurant with friends, we had a trio of first courses: carbonara, amatriciana, cacio e pepe and we tasted their second courses. the portions are generous. very friendly staff is helpful. the chef Luca is very nice as is the waiter Ernesto.. we will gladly return

A beautiful evening! Very pleasant place, warm and familiar atmosphere and very good food. We ate bucatini alla matriciana and a cacio e pepe with truffle that was so delicious!
Roman tripe, sausage and artichoke Roman style 😋😋😋
Drank Romanella in rivers (And they gave us the little that was left over from the bottle to take home!).
We didn't like desserts, but we made an effort and ate tiramisu and panna cotta with nellina (hazelnut and chocolate cream like Nutella).
2 coffees, total 72 euros. There is.
I advise. By the end of May, because then from June 2nd until October they are closed.
I returned there at the end of April '23 with a friend. I confirm everything said: warm and welcoming atmosphere, very very nice place, helpful and friendly staff and we ate courgette flowers (excellent) and the risotto of the day (mushrooms and caciottona) which was AMAZING, MOVING because it was so good. Excellent cuisine, I highly recommend it to everyone. TOP

Ci sono andato per pranzo la domenica con mia moglie ed una coppia di amici ospiti.
Ho scelto questo ristorante perchè ci sono stato altre volte ed ero sicuro di fare bella figura.
Preso primo e secondo. Primi cacio e pepe e tartufo e come sempre direi ottimo piatto cucinato con maestria (non riuscirò mai a replicare la cremina di cacio!!!!!)
Per secondo un filetto al mirto che si sioglieva in bocca con patate alla para......(non si può scrivere per intero) e carciofi alla romana, tutto eccellente ed accompagnato du un vino rosso umbro veramente eccezionale.
Servizio ottimo nonostante ci fosse il pieno, gentilezza al top!
Locale ben posizionato ed accessibile.

Locale molto carino situato in una splendida cantina ristrutturata con gusto.
