I rarely give 5 stars but in this case it's a must, the environment and dishes are truly top! I highly recommend it.

In the beautiful town of Gioia del Colle, we were pleased to discover a prestigious restaurant with undeniable gastronomic quality. A recently renovated room with light tones, wooden furnishings and various orange armchairs. Fine cellar of wines, champagne and prosecco, truly superb. The bathroom is worth mentioning for its design and for the presence of small terry towels, for individual use. A pleasant novelty in a location that calls itself 'Osteria'. But what an Osteria it is not! We are welcomed cordially by the wife of the young chef, who is the owner of this restaurant, who describes to us with satisfaction, more than justified, the improvements made to the restaurant and the creation of a very elegant outdoor area, with an excellent open cellar ,,super-stocked, for aperitifs or cocktails to be served with special appetizers. Also very interesting for celebrations and special occasions! The chef amazed and delighted us with starters, first courses, second courses and desserts that were beautiful to look at and above all excellent to taste. Among the many good things I have tasted, I would like to point out the dessert with the imaginative name "Better an egg today than a chicken tomorrow". An original and exquisite creation: an egg-shaped Bavarian cream with white chocolate and wild berry coulis, which is served... in the traditional straw egg basket!! Fantastic and beautiful to look at!! What can I say... everything was perfect and impeccable from the service to the menu and obviously the wine list was also up to par with such an accurate gastronomy. So much so that at the end of the meal we asked to meet the chef and show him our keen appreciation for the goodness and exquisiteness of the dishes he prepared. Prices completely adequate for the quality and excellence of the dishes offered. To return without any doubt. And absolutely recommended.

Excellent experience, kind and knowledgeable staff, friendly and attentive throughout the evening, at the end a note that gave us the measure of the setting of the place, the chef greeted us at the table and gave us the opportunity to chat about the products and above all of preparing dishes! Recommended for those who want to spend an evening full of taste and elegance!

Excellent dinner: we chose a tasty cheese tasting from the spring menu; a risotto truly sublime in flavor and presentation; good ravioli; the fillet Wellington is excellent. And what about the dessert: a ricotta mousse presented in a white chocolate egg. Very good!

A few hours ago this beautiful location welcomed and pampered us! The aperitif in the internal square revealed the beauty of an interesting village. The dishes with an ancient flavor, revisited in a gourmet key, were mastered with ease. Compliments to the chef and applause to the staff coordinated by a caring landlady! Good job guys!
