Restaurant with attention to every detail, professional and attentive staff. We tasted some well revisited and balanced local dishes. you can feel the hand of an expert Chef who leaves nothing to chance. Really tasty aubergine pie to try. Advise!!! I would care a little about the mise en place of the table, I'm old fashioned I know 😉 I will definitely come back and recommend it if you pass by Gioia del Colle.

Superlative food and wine experience

Located in the ancient building where Ricciotto Canudo was born, the restaurant consists of a vaulted room with exposed stones and, at the back, another plastered room. All in a pleasant, vaguely retro atmosphere. The menu consists of a few courses which - all of them - pique the guest's curiosity. And those that have been tasted have, without exception, all met our demanding expectations. The family management of the small restaurant - husband chef and wife in the dining room - also gives an impression of cordial complicity between those who sit and those who serve. Prices are not low but certainly consistent with the type of food and the accuracy of the preparations. I will certainly return.
