A wonderful culinary experience! Dishes rich in color, authentic flavors, and meticulous presentation. The chef manages to convey his beloved Puglia with simplicity and elegance, showcasing every ingredient. The staff is attentive, courteous, and always available, contributing to an even more pleasant atmosphere. The wine selection is also excellent, perfectly paired with the menu. I will definitely return: I've found a place where quality is paramount.

I tried this restaurant for dinner, recommended by friends. Both the outdoor and indoor location in the historic center of Gioia del Colle is beautiful. The menu pays attention to local specialties and has a gourmet touch. The carpaccios were excellent, as was the appetizer selection. The octopus was delicious and perfectly cooked. The desserts are a highlight! They were truly delicious and beautifully presented. The quality/price ratio is average for fish-based dishes. The service was a bit sluggish, but there's always room for improvement.

06/10/2025: I read a fairly recent review by "Yolanda" saying this place gave 5-star gluten free food with amazing service and atmosphere. That is a total lie. I asked for gluten free options and they said "Salad?". Then offered sausage and potatoes. The sausage was horribly dry and overcooked. The salad was iceberg lettuce with pizza toppings. The potatoes were decent but drowned in olive oil. I appreciate them trying, though. My wife had a regular Quattro Stagione pizza which she said was decent. Service was brusque, almost to the point of rudeness. We arrived at the restaurant on a cold night wanting to sit inside and were brought to the back of the building to a covered rooftop patio with a few small heaters, where everyone was eating with their winter jackets on while the restaurant below was empty. A bit of a head scratcher. If you're gluten free (I'm Celiac), try your luck somewhere else, but if you can eat regular pizza, this place was turning tables away as they were so busy, so that must mean something!
