Dopo il consiglio di un amico abbiamo avuto la curiosità di provare questo ristorante. Location para para a com’era 40 anni fa quando hanno aperto, ma questo mi è sembrato carino: mantenere la memoria non invecchiando, nel senso che il tempo lì dentro si è proprio fermato. Abbiamo ordinato gli antipasti freddi e caldi: pesce freschissimo ma quello che ancora ricordo in modo vivido è il polpo, sia arrostito che affogato…si scioglieva in bocca! Il pomodoro era buonissimo e il pane…beh ce ne volevano un paio di panelle!!! Come primi abbiamo preso spaghetti alle vongole (senza infamia e senza lode), risotto alla crema di scampi e la zuppa di fregola (buonina, ma senza sale…quello che ha disturbato un po’ è stato l’aglio intero lasciato dentro e pezzi grandi di peperoncino di cui non mi ero accorta e che mi hanno cancellato poi ogni tipo di sapore, peccato!). I dolcetti secchi tradizionali buoni. Servizio gentile e simpatico. Potrei tornare per un’altra chance, ma vedremo!

The price is 60 euros per person for cooked appetizers without particular character with the infamous anchovies in rubber batter and a first course with clams and bottarga, Vermentino and traditional biscuits. A little too honestly. With Ryanair offers it's better for me to go to Cagliari and spend half the price.

Talking about Campidano is a bit like telling the story of this Roman village where, among other things, I grew up. You go there for the fish. And you won't be disappointed. Yesterday, after many years, I returned and I had the clear feeling that time had stopped there. Specifically for dinner, mention should be made of the appetizers, especially the raw ones, and the tagliolini with sea bass. I'm counting on it a tad too high but you know the quality pays off!!

Very fresh fish. Very quick service. Average prices. Roundup of appetizers, first course, wine, dessert and myrtle €50/60 each.

Practically unknown to those who are not from Montagnola, this Sardinian neighborhood restaurant, open for decades, deserves greater fame and visibility! Excellent raw and cooked appetizers, and sea bass linguine perhaps the best ever tasted! Perfect balance between fish, tomato and pasta, generously seasoned without being greasy or heavy... the place would need a radical renovation but perhaps it is also for this which remains outside the pleasure circuit of appearance and social tourism. Family run, as well as correct service and prices. Spectacular

26/01/2025: Third really bad experience. I don't know what happened, if they changed chefs or what, but they definitely lost some customers. Mussel sauté (according to the owner "exceptional"...) truly terrible, with very small and dried-up mussels, unpresentable. Tagliolini with seafood is more tomato-based than seafood-based. But the icing on the cake was the second course. While the first two times we didn't give in to the lady's insistence, this time we let ourselves be tempted by the "catch of the day" proposal. A snapper of no more than 7 hg arrived, surrounded by cooked potatoes, tomatoes and Taggiasca olives. knows when and warmed up, therefore hard and dry. The snapper without any flavor or seasoning, paid a whopping 50 euros. An appetizer, a first course and a second course 100.00 euros. I'm very sorry, we thought we had found our "place of the heart" but that wasn't the case. Eating so badly at such a high price, especially in Velletri? Never again.

19/02/2025: Nos gustó mucho Josephine bistro. En una ciudad muy turística esto se sentía un poco más para los lugareños, pero también muy amable. El personal era muy agradable y tenían un poco de música pop italiana genial tocando que a nuestros niños les encantó. Grandes pulgares arriba para un lugar frío para ir.
