Let's start by saying: mozzarella is the classic stretched-curd cheese, not fiordilatte (in fact, it doesn't say fiordilatte). That said, the pizza is delicious, and it's very reasonably priced! The staff is incredibly friendly, and it's a magical place in a historic village. A must-try while visiting Suvereto, a beautiful medieval town.

Pizzeria and restaurant located in the medieval historic center of Suvereto. Assorted antipasti, local cheeses, Tuscan cured meats, and crostini are served. Followed by medium-rare sliced beef with shavings of local truffle, all accompanied by an excellent single-varietal Syrah from Suvereto. The service staff are always courteous and helpful when delivering the dishes and are always available to accommodate any changes. Highly recommended. Excellent location and a pleasant evening.

Family-run restaurant, located just off Suvereto's main street. Reservations are essential. Very good food, including various Tuscan dishes with wild boar. The pricing is exemplary, both for food and drinks. Water costs significantly less than the other drinks, and the wine list offers a wide range of local wines from Suvereto. Forst is available on tap, or alternatively, a locally brewed beer. A welcome contrast to the Italian beers usually offered.
Service is excellent, and the outdoor tables are terraced in an alleyway.

We had dinner for three of us, enjoying AMAZING homemade Maremma tortelli with porcini mushrooms and black truffle, tagliatelle with wild boar sauce—a delicacy I thought was a distant memory—and finishing with a delicious, tender tagliata. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the location was beautiful! It was a truly wonderful evening, and we highly recommend it to anyone in the area. Claudio

Il ristorante si presenta piccolo ma molto accogliente con spazio adeguato tra i tavoli,. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. Ci siamo stati per cena ed abbiamo mangiato la pizza: ottima!
Siamo rimasti così colpiti ed entusiasti della cena da tornarci anche il giorno dopo per pranzo.
In questa occasione, abbiamo provato la cucina (anche perché a pranzo il forno è spento) ed è stata una piacevolissima conferma: piatti squisiti cucinati in modo impeccabile e utilizzando materie prime ottime!
Se torneremo nella zona di sicuro non mancheremo di tornarci! Consigliatissimo!

Posto carino con personale accogliente e gentile. Cinghiale alla suveretana e con cipolle davvero ottimi. Buona scelta dei vini e ottimo quello provato, un locale. Ci tornerei!
