The restaurant is located in the Val Melaina area, and as is usual in Rome on a Saturday night, parking is a nightmare (but with patience, you can find it).
It offers an AYCE-style format, but with our flavors and the addition of a glass of wine, with ever-changing choices based on the wineries they want to promote.
The quality of the ingredients is excellent, the service is fast and courteous, and the prices are very fair (€28).

Great experience! We tried the new Bites & Wines option, a quality tasting menu with a fixed-price à la carte selection. We tried so many bites, and each one was better than the last.
The place is also very welcoming, the staff is friendly, and the wine selection is excellent.

I visited this restaurant for a dear friend's birthday...what can I say? A warm atmosphere, refined design, and a carefully crafted menu.
We tried the new Bites & Wine format, featuring excellent raw seafood (both meat and fish), innovative pairings, and unique sauces.
The staff was attentive and able to answer all our questions. They were also knowledgeable about food and wine pairings and the details of the various wineries offered.
I highly recommend going there; I'll be back soon.

I've been in the neighborhood for a short while, and it was a lovely discovery. Welcoming atmosphere, impeccable service, and the surprise is the small bites... Delicious!! Kudos to the kitchen!

A very refined and welcoming atmosphere. We chose the new formula, which offers a truly extensive menu with excellent quality options in an all-you-can-eat format. Many delicious appetizers (similar to tapas): beef, quality fish (including raw), and very creative vegetarian options. Good service, the staff are super friendly. Excellent wine. The owner is always attentive to both the kitchen and the dining room. The atmosphere is warm and sophisticated. A great place to return to try everything on the menu.

Located in the heart of Nuovo Salario, this restaurant is run by a young, dynamic team who offer fast, attentive service. The atmosphere is delightful and meticulously maintained. When I want to treat myself to a pleasant evening with friends, family, or a business meeting, I always choose this place!

A truly charming bistro with a brilliant dinner menu. We tried so many quality dishes, from raw meat to fish and much more, with a glass of wine included, and I think the €28 price is incredible! We'll be back soon!
