We arrived without a reservation at 1pm and were greeted by the managers who made a good impression on us. The food is good and the environment is nice. The value for money is also good.

Buona cucina locale e casalinga, edificio storico del 1400 intimo.e accogliente, piatti di stagione con funghi prognosi carni nostrane, vino sfuso di cantina doc. Unico appunto il costo di una piccola piadina non compresa nel coperto, 3 euro poco in linea con gli.altri prezzi modici.

Il Burchio is located in the historic part of Piobbico, the town is very charming because it is nestled among the green mountains
I went with families for a birthday, in the autumn/winter period, and the lure of the smells emanating from the fireplace hood gives you that feeling of finding yourself back in time
The restaurant is very beautiful, all stone and wood
The menu is exceptional, furthermore right behind the structure you can walk along a very small path that reaches the "Piobbico" sign on the hill above the town, in Hollywood style
The meat and cold cuts are divine, the spaghetti with truffle carbonara is also excellent
The products are local, and you can feel it, even the sweets are fantastic and homemade, congratulations....
We had a great time, the manager made us feel at home

Excellent cuisine, we had tagliatelle with blackthorn mushrooms for first courses, sliced, grilled and lamb for second courses, an exquisite dessert with fresh ice cream and Cantiano black cherry. Excellent wines, too. Advised
