Very typical local farmhouse, small but very welcoming, excellent food, ranging from pizzas to fish and meat. The waiter Florance is very nice and has a unique professionalism and friendliness, highly recommended to everyone, we will be back very soon.

Il Burbero è un ristorante che non delude mai e ogni visita si trasforma in un'esperienza culinaria indimenticabile. I piatti sono semplicemente sublimi. Ho iniziato con un antipasto di gamberi in pastella, croccanti fuori e tenerissimi dentro, un’esplosione di sapori perfettamente bilanciati. Come primo, ho scelto la pasta e patate con cozze, un abbinamento sorprendente che unisce la cremosità delle patate con la freschezza del mare, davvero da applausi. Per concludere, il tiramisù, un classico che qui diventa un capolavoro: leggero, soffice e con il giusto equilibrio di dolcezza. Una delle particolarità de Il Burbero è il menu in costante cambiamento, che segue la stagionalità delle materie prime. Ogni volta è una nuova scoperta, e la freschezza degli ingredienti si sente in ogni piatto. Il servizio in sala è impeccabile. I camerieri sono preparati ma anche gentili e attenti nel consigliare al meglio, facendoti sentire il cliente accolto e coccolato. Un ristorante dove tornerò sicuramente, sapendo di trovare sempre qualcosa di speciale.

A fabulous evening with friends spent out for dinner in this place. Not being a local they took me to eat. I must say excellent place, really good and quality pizzas. We also ordered some fried fish, but there were always other things too based on fish. A fried fish and a seafood salad, the fried fish was dry and good, the fish in the salad was fresh and soft, but from what I understood only on Fridays. I recommend booking anyway, post my photos you can see it directly

Good to know: there is no menu, this is communicated verbally (except the prices!). Likewise, there is no detailed bill, but only the total amount is always communicated verbally. When we asked for a detail, the staff was surprised. Never seen something like this in any restaurant. Incorrect and absolutely unprofessional practice. Nothing to say about the food. I recommend at least displaying the menu of the day on a blackboard, so that it can be updated daily, and include the prices.
