19/07/2025: Ciaocore is one of those places where you immediately sense the passion of the people who run it. The owner enthusiastically explained the menu to us, explaining the care taken in selecting ingredients and the work that goes into each dish. The sandwiches were truly exceptional, the IPA was excellent, and the arancini, fries, and arrosticini were also delicious. A bistro where quality and attention are evident in every bite. I'll definitely be back!

The selection of beers is of a high standard and the menu offers a perfect mix of typical Sicilian dishes and Roman specialities. The environment is youthful and lively, with music and karaoke that make the atmosphere even more fun. The staff is trained and professional, ready to tackle any type of celebration.
