What can I say? The paradise of Tuscan cuisine has a name: Stefania's Buglione!! Your palate will remember it forever!! Il Buglione is a culinary art of flavors, the master of the house Stefania will give you from appetizer to dessert!! You must try for example the appetizer, the meter of Buglione, simply a spectacle!! As a first course, her lasagna is wonderful!! As a second course, how can you not try the wild boar salmi with...!! A marvel for all your senses!! Furthermore, the waiters like Lisa and Samuel are super nice, always smiling, in a good mood, happy to chat and are at your disposal!! You can go there with your eyes closed and your mouth open!! 😃

Delicious food and friendly service, located in the beautiful town square of Montecatini Val di Cecina, an ancient medieval village and perhaps more with a now disused copper mine but a beautiful and welcoming museum... between a stroll and living off the land.

We were here for lunch today; everything was fantastically delicious and the service was friendly! We had homemade papadelle with fresh porcini mushrooms, tagliata with arugula and shaved Parmesan, a mixed salad, and wine and water and coffee! Everything was exceptionally fresh and well-prepared! We'd love to come back!

Excellent lunch from appetizer to dessert, fabulous tiramisu, family atmosphere that makes you feel at home, excellent service, everyone very friendly.

We decided to have lunch in Montecatini Val di Cecina, a very beautiful and lively village. It was a very hot day, but the breeze made the restaurant terrace pleasant. The porcini mushrooms were delicious, both fried and in pappardelle. We enjoyed the homemade pasta. We'll be back to visit the mining museum.

We had a delicious dinner with excellent service and reasonable value for money. The grilled vegetables were a bit meager at €7, the beans were great at €4, and the tagliata at €15 was the best. The €2 cover charge for stale bread and paper napkins wasn't ideal, but the olive oil made up for it. Overall, almost 5 stars; definitely the best option in town.
