Friendly and helpful staff. No waiting. Pizza chef 🔝🔝. Besides the pizzas, the pasta dishes are also delicious. Ideal place for a pizza night with friends.

We went to this pizzeria and ordered an appetizer and a pizza. The appetizer, a puree with cardoncelli mushrooms, was decently simple but tasty, with no particular negatives. The disappointment, however, came with the pizza. The dough seemed almost pre-cooked, as if it were already made and simply reheated. The texture was strange, with very little hydration, making it practically inedible. The toppings were also bland and lacking in character, contributing to an overall very disappointing result. It's a shame, because the appetizer left us hoping for something better. Unfortunately, as for the pizza, my experience was decidedly negative. Not recommended.

The place isn't bad; the waiters are quick and friendly. The pizza is good, thin and crispy. What I'd like to point out is the quality of the food, which is average: we had the fried fish; those serving food shouldn't handle money.

This pizzeria is simply fantastic! Not only do they serve delicious pizza and pasta, but the staff are also incredibly friendly and the service is quick and attentive. During our holiday, it became our go-to spot, and every visit was a great experience. We can highly recommend this pizzeria to anyone looking for great food and warm hospitality.

Street Burger

23/02/2026: We went for a quick lunch at this place we found on Google. There were two of us and we were craving meat; so we stopped, especially since in February, in Polignano, almost everything is closed for the winter season! So, it was a forced choice! The experience was unsatisfactory: semi-raw burger, cooked only on the outside; the cost of the sandwich + fries + drink combo is nothing more than the sum of the individual items €12!! After biting into the sandwich, at the first bite we asked for the courtesy of cooking it: the owner, without objecting, replied that since it is fresh veal, it could also be eaten rare: I could even agree, but unless it is a specific request from the customer, the burger is cooked right through! In fact, I was slightly disgusted! Napkins nonexistent, both at the tables and in the restaurant! Apparently the service overall is for beginners!
02/01/2026: We had dinner there on New Year's Eve. It was a great experience. The burgers were tasty and authentic. You could tell they were made with fresh ingredients, and everything was cooked in-house. The buns were handmade with excellent dough, crispy and light. I highly recommend them. The owners are really kind. The price is also excellent. A truly top-notch place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...
