Nice place, fast service, and excellent food. The charcuterie and cheese platter was very good, the steak excellent, well-served and well-cooked, and the desserts and craft beer, to finish, were also excellent. Must try.

A loyal customer for years now. A must-visit (in the worst-case scenario) at least twice a year (summer and winter, preferably when the Sila mountains are snow-capped). Top-notch food, friendly staff, and despite their formality, they remain attentive to every customer's needs. Over the years, they've managed to keep prices at the same level as when I first discovered the place (and we know that's not easy these days). I first went to Brillo as a boy with a couple of friends, and now I happily return with my wife and children; it's become a family tradition! Recommended!

It is a truly one-of-a-kind grill restaurant, loved since its inception... I have always remembered it with immense pleasure since it was just a hole and my aunt worked in the kitchen with her unique and unparalleled mushroom puff pastry, delicious, what a treat... I highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, seriousness and professionalism, the only real reality in that area. The quality of the food is unsurpassed. It is impossible to come to Lorica and not go and eat at the brillo, and to command in Rome and not pass by the Vatican...

A top-quality, high-end restaurant in the heart of the lakeside promenade. Alfredo and Antonio, along with their staff, offer top-notch cuisine. Supreme meats, craft beers, and delights for the eyes and palate from the Sila region. Absolutely delicious. Reservations are highly recommended, especially as it's always FULL!

A nice and familiar place where you eat well and spend the right amount

A very rustic restaurant, right on the lake. The ambiance is truly unique and fits perfectly into this area. The staff is super friendly and attentive, and the food is fantastic. We've eaten at several steakhouses and Michelin-starred restaurants, but we've never experienced such high-quality and super-tender meat. An absolute recommendation and a must-visit for us next time we're in Calabria. Thank you for everything.

A warm and welcoming atmosphere, surrounded by nature. Typical Sila cuisine with genuine ingredients and authentic flavors: from cured meats and local cheeses to well-prepared meat dishes. Generous portions, fair prices, and friendly staff. An excellent choice for those who want to savor tradition in a charming setting.

Gourmet View and Basic Cuisine. The location is undoubtedly the highlight: the establishment overlooks the Arvo lakefront, offering a truly evocative view immersed in the natural beauty of the Sila. The setting is simple but well-suited to the location, with a rustic and welcoming atmosphere. The service, however, leaves much to be desired: paper tablecloths, plastic cups left in the center of the table, and inattentive staff lacking the welcome one would expect in a similar setting. Orders are taken quickly, with little attention or care for the customer, which detracts from the overall experience. On the positive side, their craft beers deserve a mention: excellent, well-made, and truly distinctive, they are certainly one of the most successful aspects of the offering. The appetizer is served as a single dish, rather banal and unrepresentative of Calabrian tradition: nothing that lingers or conveys the typical sensations of a true local appetizer. The rest of the dishes are average, with modest quality dishes and very simple presentation. The beef steak was good, but nothing memorable. The bill, however, is decidedly disproportionate to the service and quality: high prices that aren't justified by the overall offering. In summary: a splendid view and a pleasant location, but poor service, average cuisine, and prices above expectations.
