I went for New Year's Eve dinner with a simple reservation, at an a la carte seafood restaurant. We had appetizers: tuna tartare with avocado and a potato and mussel tart with pecorino cream. Excellent. Then there was seafood fregola (good) and pasta with clams and bottarga (it could have been a little better, if the bottarga was used as a garnish). I drank water and for dessert, a mille-feuille with honey, ricotta, and saffron. Due to a mix-up, it was served with berries. But the waiter, who was truly kind and professional, promptly changed it, as was his colleague. The only downside was that the tables were too close together, with almost no room to move around comfortably. Otherwise, the atmosphere was welcoming.

A family-run restaurant, like the atmosphere that greets you as soon as you walk in the door. Simple yet authentic cuisine, using only fresh ingredients. I can't recommend it enough and say I'll be back soon.

Excellent dishes, I was the only one among my friends who doesn't eat fish, but by booking in advance they were able to accommodate me with excellent appetizers, a delicious spaghetti with cream of zucchini 😋. Kind, welcoming staff. I absolutely recommend it.

For me, one of the best seafood restaurants in Cagliari. Welcoming place, extremely kind and helpful staff, and fantastic food, so much so that I even went into the kitchen to compliment the chef... My new favorite restaurant. We'll be seeing you often, and thanks again for everything.

"We were blown away by our experience at Il Brigantino. The chef amazed us with his refined dishes and clever combinations. The portions were generous, the products fresh and of high quality. The service was impeccable, the staff were knowledgeable and always smiling. The quality-price ratio was also excellent. A must-try, it's a guarantee for those who love good food. Small, very welcoming, family-run, excellent food!
We came with our little one, who's just over a year old, and we were greeted with such kindness and attentiveness.
The food is excellent, and even the little one enjoyed the fish!
I recommend it and hope to return soon!

A restaurant that truly deserves more attention! I don't understand why it was empty that evening, because we ate extraordinary. The freshest seafood dishes, expertly cooked and meticulously presented, were a triumph of flavor from the first bite to the last. The seafood fregola was the star of the evening, a divine, rich, and special dish that alone would be worth the visit. The staff was impeccable: kind, helpful, and exceptionally courteous. They even generously offered us a glass of wine and some liqueurs (which unfortunately we couldn't accept because we were so full). An unforgettable gastronomic experience, one I absolutely recommend!
