The food is well prepared, everything is tasty. The service leaves much to be desired. There are always no drinks at the table, with bottles in plain sight. They even took away my unfinished pizza, even though I was sitting down and answering the phone. Apart from a few wobbly tables, everything else is fine.

We arrived at 8:20 PM, 10 minutes before our table reservation, only to find that it had already been taken 45 minutes earlier, so to speak, overbooked. Talking to those in line with us, we discovered that the others were in the same situation, so we waited 40 minutes for our table to become available. The pizzas looked very good, but at least my filling was raw, and I didn't have the courage to have it remade since I was at a large table. Then, asking the others, seeing that many had left half or almost half of their pizza, they confirmed that it wasn't that great... unlucky evening? The bill was quite high, but since I didn't pay, I can't be sure. I wouldn't go back. Nice place with comfortable, padded seats. Potentially a nice place, but the experience was terrible for me. I forgot about two mugs of beer 🍻 the first was watered down, the second was a very good Moretti.

Its cuisine is rooted in tradition, but it doesn't stop there: it experiments, dares, and surprises. Each dish is carefully crafted, and even when it features unexpected combinations, you always sense a confident touch and authentic flavor. It's one of those rare places where you can confidently order blind, knowing that whatever comes your way will be excellent. It helps you step out of your comfort zone and experiment with things you wouldn't usually choose. The menu changes monthly, and that's one of the reasons I return regularly: every visit is a new experience. The atmosphere is intimate and welcoming, perfect for both couples and a family evening. The owner is a true host: kind, passionate, and always eager to share the story behind a dish or ingredient. It's my culinary refuge: a place that surprises without ever disappointing. P.S.: I'm looking forward to the return of the Bao sausage and broccoli rabe.
