The food and wine were good, but the service and details were a shame. I ordered a glass of red, but it was only a quarter full. I pointed this out, and was told the glass was large. I had already ordered the grilled meat years ago, probably with the restaurant managed by other people, and it was served on a hot earthenware tile and plentiful. This was served on a normal plate in a smaller quantity, and the one I ordered was missing something twice. The quality-price ratio was okay, but the quantity-price ratio was definitely not.

I dined at Al Braciere in Milo and was truly satisfied. I chose the local meat and wine: both were excellent, flavorful, and of high quality. The meat was perfectly cooked, and the local wine was a pleasant surprise.
One thing I really appreciated was the owner's helpfulness: I asked him about the wine, and he was happy to chat with me. It was a pleasant and authentic conversation, which made the dinner even more special. At the end, he even offered us a truly delicious local amaro.
The restaurant is welcoming, the staff friendly, and the atmosphere very family-friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return.

Simply the best! Pizza is divine. Atmosphere is relaxing. I am a food enthusiast and this place is my go to place every time I visit Sicily.

Easy to find. It's not very crowded at Monday lunchtime, but the atmosphere is nice and relaxed...
