Il ristorante non è più sito nel Borgo ma si trova a Laveno. Attirato dalle ottime recensioni e dalla particolarità del Borgo, ho vissuto con un po’ di delusione il cambio della Location (in tutt’altro contesto), ma ho immediatamente potuto apprezzare l’accoglienza di Sabine ed il fascino del suo locale, dove lo Chef (il compagno di Sabine) è altrettanto maestro di stupore e ti fa’ viaggiare in un percorso di gusto che non può lasciare indifferenti. Locale molto grazioso ed eccentrico, la padrona di casa è l’anima e piena rappresentazione della sua location, un posticino particolare per ricercati commensali che non vedranno l’ora di tornare. Complimenti ed arriderci a presto
