Dinner in a truly special context. The place is well looked after with very present references to the antiquity of the building. The service is informal and well balanced. The food has a varied but clear and precise offer. I gave 3 stars to the food because according to our palate the first courses we received were a little lacking in salt. I gave 3 stars to the service because we received different treatment at another table when pouring the wine. For me there are no problems if in "tavern" style the bottle is brought to the table and the diners are given responsibility for managing it, starting from the first glass. But then if I see that at another table the "restaurant" practice is followed, with the opening at the table, the tasting and the bowl of ice, I wonder, paying the same price for the service, what happened in the meantime . Excellent wine at a truly encouraging price. We chose the classic Abruzzo Marramiero method! An excellent combination of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in a fresh and encouraging drink.
