Il Biroccio In Filottrano

For a year now, it's become part of my morning routine whenever I pass through Filottrano on my way to Macerata. The place is welcoming, the staff is friendly, and the products (both sweet and savory) are delicious and well-prepared.

I love the classic panettone, filled with candied fruit and raisins, and I'm always on the lookout for one that fully satisfies my palate. The Biroccio panettone gets a thumbs-up, and I also recommend it as a gift, given the beautiful box it comes in. Upon opening the package, the almond and icing coating is already a visual treat, and then the soft, melt-in-the-mouth dough studded with goodies continues to delight the palate. The candied orange and citron are truly divine. I also got a triple-chocolate one for the family to enjoy, which was gone in minutes; it too is completely covered in chocolate icing and mixed chocolates. I'll definitely have to try the other fillings, too. They're very worthy.

Poi aveva ordinato delle paste con la maionese,la commessa a risposto che erano tutte con la maionese dicendogli che la maionese l'aveva finita.Pessima organizzazione...

Buongiornooooo,mi sono fermata a fare colazione dopo il turno di notte e ho preso il maritozzo con le gocce di cioccolato delizioso soffice assolutamente da provare

Unfortunately, this place is going downhill. Today I had a rosemary-flavored raisin roll... the service has dropped to a truly terrible level: dirty tables, a counter always overflowing with cups and trays, and rude waitresses who are unwilling to serve but eager to stay on the phone. Saying "good morning," except for a couple of girls, is unconventional, and if a customer says "good morning," the staff usually doesn't respond. I'm very sorry to write a negative review, but I think it's time for the management of this place to take action. I really hope someone does.
