20/06/2025: Seafront hotel with private beach 10 minutes from the center. Spacious and well soundproofed room given the proximity to the railway. Self-service breakfast and dinner with a good variety of dishes. The only downside....the room where meals are consumed gives the idea of ​​a canteen, it should be livened up.

14/06/2025: We stayed at Universal for a mini vacation for my birthday. Overall the experience was really great; the hotel is just a few steps from the historic center and is directly on the sea, which are definitely its plus points. The service is impeccable, from the reception to the restaurant, passing through the spa, where I was able to receive a professional, attentive and energetic massage. The food chapter deserves a separate discussion: the restaurant does not try to amaze with too many "wow effects", but the food is excellent. Since it is a buffet I often found myself in the situation of having too many good dishes to taste. The rooms are a bit small and narrow, but that is normal for a seaside hotel. We definitely had a really good time; I don't know the prices because it was a gift, but I think it was a great experience!
