We stumbled upon this place by chance after reading other customers' reviews... it's true, it might seem like a tourist hotspot, but once you step inside, you realize it's not that many Italians, just a few foreigners, and if there are older people sitting around, it means the food is good... a Roman trattoria with a 90s feel and equally good service... a nice dive into the past, so for us, pizza and fried food, and what good fried food! The only small flaw was a black hair in the pizza dough... we didn't say anything because we had a great time and will be back as soon as possible... and then the desserts, the Catalan one, how nice to find, no one makes it anymore... and even though it was Saturday night, they let us sit after calling ahead. See you soon

04/04/2026: I local friend told me about the place. The place it’s very simple, we love it. The waiters were very kind and helpful. We lunch out side and it was nice to experience the urban atmosphere of this side of Rome. My wife try the carbonara, I went for the meat balls. We try also the pappa Al pomodoro (we love it). If you are used to carbonara with bacon, and you are not a natural fat lover, maybe not the best option. My wife liked the cream but the meat got are a bit queasy. For me was perfect taste and balance between the meat and the cheese cream. The meat balls looked small on the fotos but they were very consistent. the green sauce with them was very good and I felt satisfied. The wine of the house it’s a perfect choose. We love it and I wish we can try again in the next time.
17/03/2026: A classic Roman trattoria. A cheerful atmosphere and good food. Highly recommended.
