Excellent dishes, good wine and friendly and helpful service. Absolutely worth trying

So... I found the trattoria il Belo through a friend who had published it online. Not being a Parmesan, I wanted to dine on typical local dishes, starting with the fried pie and the PDO raw ham. We no longer knew what to say due to the quality (even though it was Monday) and the full awareness of the skill in knowing how to cook. I think you can hardly be disappointed by a dish, except that it may be a food you don't like, regardless of how it is cooked. Welcoming room and finely set tables, all in fabric. Even though there were only a few of us, in my opinion, pleasant and soft background music should have been played. Trained and friendly staff, so much so that we added a course to our first choice. Good and tasty tortelli, well cooked. I got them with mushrooms and they lasted a scream on my plate. The bill... right, even if in my opinion a little expensive, correct for the quality of the materials. Excellent wine, as well as water (not to be underestimated). Materials they told me strictly from the Langhirano/Parma area, excellence! I recommend you pay us a visit to believe. Homemade pickles made by them... a fairy tale!

For a trattoria 👎 restaurant prices r I'm talking à la carte for lunch, appetizer of cured meats expensive and cheap, chewy tortelli and delicatessen guinea fowl and very expensive wines plus a coffee and a bitter 66 euros star restaurant price for one person!!!!

Sunday lunch with friends, excellent food in a quiet and green environment, good service with fair expectations.

Unmissable summer truffle dinner, excellent second courses. We never miss their unique tagliolini with Fragno truffle, a true poem on the palate. Then greediness got the better of us and we wanted to delight ourselves with the excellent baked tip, together with an excellent portion of roast beef. The ending with the babà (mini babà) and ice cream was worthy of a sumptuous dinner. Fixed stop for a summer dinner

Torta fritta e funghi fritti sublimi. Tortelli verdi e gnocchetti al gorgonzola buonissimi. Distesa estiva molto semplice carina e fresca. Ci torneremo presto con amici.

We had a very good time, a pleasant outdoor dinner. All very good and recommended. The only discordant note Cured meat, raw and especially the shoulder is bad. I avoided saying it at the table so as not to complain in front of so many people.
