Beautiful atmosphere, especially on the lower level in the cave. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and they were always ready to help with any questions. The food was simply delicious. It was the best place I've been to in three days in Ostuni. Absolutely top-notch.

Excellent food and a warm welcome. We also really appreciated the idea of bringing some appetizers (pettole, focaccia) while we waited for our orders, and the complimentary artisanal panettone at the end of the meal (it was December 25th). We had a burger, pasta with mussels and pecorino, and pasta with sbrasciole, all very good and made with quality ingredients. Highly recommended, especially for the pleasant setting in the caves.

On a sunny Sunday in late December, we stopped for lunch at this restaurant. We were immediately welcomed without a reservation—four adults and two large dogs, who, while excellent, were "bulky." We ate very well, but the real highlight was the service: a friendly, hospitable, and never intrusive young man served us with discretion and attention, even offering us a delicious panettone to round off an already rich and delicious meal. The pizzas were made with quality ingredients and pairings. The plate of orecchiette with braciola was mouth-watering. The pizza was prepared in full view, with a backdrop of the city and the sea. Thank you for welcoming your guests in this way!

The restaurant has two floors with a cave-like basement. The service was professional and efficient, and the waiter went to great lengths to seat customers in the basement, making trips back and forth from the kitchen, but apparently, he was happy with it. The meal was very good: a generously topped vegetarian pizza with fresh vegetables, a delicious rum baba, a well-balanced limoncello spritz, and complimentary mini zucchini fritters. Good value for money; I recommend it.
