I don't know where to begin to describe this wonderful experience.
Chef Costa and his staff were impeccable in every way: the hospitality, the quality of the dishes (it goes without saying, but it's nice to point it out when quality is worthy), the attention to every course, and above all the elegance that complemented it all.
We'll definitely be back soon.

I had dinner with Chef Giuseppe Costa and, to be honest, I found authentic cuisine, without frills and high-sounding names for simple ingredients (a common practice in all cuisines, whether modern or historic). Tartare, caviar, anchovies, and tuna to start, followed by spaghetti with sea urchins, among the best I've ever tasted.
Surprise: the tuna sausage with peperonata;
That alone is worth the visit (or the detour from the main route, as those in the know say).
Worth going back and returning to, of course, going down to the ground floor and trying his gelato, which is truly excellent.
Well-stocked wine cellar, never boring advice.
Top-notch staff!
