There are places that stay in your heart, and this is certainly one of them. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed into a refined, elegant yet authentic and welcoming environment, with a breathtaking view. The view alone is worth the visit, but it's the overall atmosphere that makes everything so special. We began lunch with an exclusive aperitif served on a panoramic balcony, a moment of pure magic: the breeze, the scent of the sea, and the view before our eyes created a perfect balance. From there, we then moved to the veranda to continue our lunch, where every detail was meticulously crafted. The fish, incredibly fresh and impeccably cooked, was the star of the show: simple yet flavorful dishes that spoke of the sea in every bite. The staff, kind and always smiling, made everything even more enjoyable with their discreet attentiveness. A special thanks goes to Mrs. Gabriella, whose availability and attentiveness helped make this experience perfect in every way. And, it must be said, the wonderful company certainly played its part: sharing a place like this with the right people makes it even more special. We'll definitely be back—because some places aren't visited just once, they're relived, each time with the same emotion.

Excellent food, fresh, quality produce. The rest needs to be improved. Average service. Out of season, we were left alone for 10 minutes after finishing to order dessert. Resigned, we had to go to the reception desk to find someone. Too bad, no dessert for us. High prices for this level of service. Prefer a less pretentious and more welcoming restaurant.

A restaurant with a breathtaking view, excellent food, and a staff that's attentive to their guests' needs. This will be our next stop on our way through Polignano.

Come to this restaurant for the atmosphere and view, not for the food or service. It is very expensive for what you get.

Stunning location, overlooking the Polignano sea, creating a charming atmosphere inside the terrace and the restaurant. Good service, friendly waiters. The only flaw was the food. Unfortunately, the risotto didn't taste of fish, just butter, completely tasteless. The pasta wasn't al dente, and even more...inedible, tasteless.

Fresh fish that you choose directly... excellent service and really good sgroppino made at the table. I recommend it.

IT'S A FAIRY TALE! Unique location, a hotel worthy of being listed among the top 10 most beautiful accommodations in Puglia! Beautiful, clean, and comfortable rooms. The restaurant, or rather the restaurants, deserves special mention: you can have lunch and dinner overlooking the sea and, on a unique terrace, by candlelight even when the sea is rough. Praise to General Manager Massimo Luisi for his truly professional work and his qualified staff. Compliments to Mrs. Gabriella, owner of Il Covo dei Saraceni, who always makes you feel welcomed in a way you rarely see in other hotels!

Pranzare in questo ristorante è stata una sorpresa veramente piacevole. Vista mozzafiato e un vassoio di crudo di pesce di ottima qualità. Servizio impeccabile. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio.

Abbiamo pranzato sulla magnifica terrazza dei squisiti frutti di mare e crostacei che profumavano di mare per quanto erano freschi. Il maitre e il sommelier sono stati attentissimi sia nel consigliarci sia nel servirci. Complimenti a tutto lo staff. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare.
