I had the pleasure of dining at this beautiful restaurant with a breathtaking view of the most famous beach in Polignano a Mare, “Lama Monachile”. The location is truly enchanting, with an elegant mise en place that creates a refined and relaxing atmosphere. The service was simply exceptional: although I was initially not satisfied with the table assigned to me, the maître proved to be extremely kind and helpful, carefully preparing the table along the balcony that I wanted, making the experience even more special. The food exceeded my expectations: the raw fish was delicious, with very fresh fish. For the appetizer I chose the sea urchin risotto, Normandy butter and Calvisius caviar, a true triumph of flavors. For the second course, the mixed fry and the Adriatic paranza were perfect, crunchy and tasty. Everything was accompanied by an excellent local wine, which enhanced the dishes even more. An unforgettable culinary experience, which I highly recommend to those looking for good food, spectacular views and attentive and friendly service. I will definitely be back!

a beautiful experience in a fantastic location, a superlative maitre d'. Not to mention the sea view, certainly one of the most beautiful views of Polignano a Mare. Not to be missed. Congratulations

Abbiamo pranzato sulla magnifica terrazza dei squisiti frutti di mare e crostacei che profumavano di mare per quanto erano freschi. Il maitre e il sommelier sono stati attentissimi sia nel consigliarci sia nel servirci. Complimenti a tutto lo staff. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare.

I truly enjoyed my sunset dining experience! Staff was very helpful in helping pick great food selections from the extensive menu. Leaning heavy on fish of course here at the sea. I enjoyed the langoustine with a sea salt crust, as well as artichoke with burrata cream & truffle, and the panna cotta from tonka bean vanilla as dessert!
