I've been frequenting this restaurant at least once a year for the past twenty years. Always top-notch, constantly evolving without compromising the quality and elegance that have always distinguished it. Top-quality ingredients, exquisite food, and impeccable service. Highly recommended, also for the superb panoramic view.

Amazing experience! The food was wonderful. To start we had the oysters which were so fresh. The seafood soup was filled with seafood it was almost like a main size. Pasta was perfect. The service and views are wonderful. Well done and thanks.

There are places that stay in your heart, and this is certainly one of them. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed into a refined, elegant yet authentic and welcoming environment, with a breathtaking view. The view alone is worth the visit, but it's the overall atmosphere that makes everything so special. We began lunch with an exclusive aperitif served on a panoramic balcony, a moment of pure magic: the breeze, the scent of the sea, and the view before our eyes created a perfect balance. From there, we then moved to the veranda to continue our lunch, where every detail was meticulously crafted. The fish, incredibly fresh and impeccably cooked, was the star of the show: simple yet flavorful dishes that spoke of the sea in every bite. The staff, kind and always smiling, made everything even more enjoyable with their discreet attentiveness. A special thanks goes to Mrs. Gabriella, whose availability and attentiveness helped make this experience perfect in every way. And, it must be said, the wonderful company certainly played its part: sharing a place like this with the right people makes it even more special. We'll definitely be back—because some places aren't visited just once, they're relived, each time with the same emotion.

Excellent food, fresh, quality produce. The rest needs to be improved. Average service. Out of season, we were left alone for 10 minutes after finishing to order dessert. Resigned, we had to go to the reception desk to find someone. Too bad, no dessert for us. High prices for this level of service. Prefer a less pretentious and more welcoming restaurant.

Come to this restaurant for the atmosphere and view, not for the food or service. It is very expensive for what you get.

Stunning location, overlooking the Polignano sea, creating a charming atmosphere inside the terrace and the restaurant. Good service, friendly waiters. The only flaw was the food. Unfortunately, the risotto didn't taste of fish, just butter, completely tasteless. The pasta wasn't al dente, and even more...inedible, tasteless.

Fresh fish that you choose directly... excellent service and really good sgroppino made at the table. I recommend it.
