The restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere and very friendly service. Particularly noteworthy are the delicious pinsas and the waiter's helpful tips about the area. At the end there was even a digestif on the house – a thoroughly successful evening, thank you very much!

A great lunch with "la Pinse" prosciuto my god a delight, fresh products, prepared with care! An unnamed dessert of the day with lemon, zest between the cream and the panacotta, a little fleur de sel and that's a stroke of genius for the taste buds! Thanks a thousand for your kindnesszzzzzzza🥰

Nice and youthful atmosphere with very informal outdoor tables. Excellent pinsa with anchovies made with quality products. Borgotaro chestnut beer a real discovery.

We took 2 delicious takeaways to take to the Baia del Silenzio, a 2 minute walk away The price may not be low, but it is well deserved, top quality/price ratio. Excellent service with free tasting of donkey and dairy mozzarella. I'll be back.

Wir haben zum Abendessen einen Tisch für draußen in der Fußgängerzone reserviert. Die Pinsa ist super cross und geschmacklich richtig gut. Man sitzt hier in der Fußgängerzone. In der Nebensaison ist das überhaupt kein Problem. Der Service ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Locale pulito e accogliente. Personale gentile e qualificato sicuramente un bel posticino in cui passare una bella serata con degli amici Sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Qualità prezzo molto onesto.

09/01/2025: Exceptional location, unbeatable value for money and very good service. We went there to eat pizza, and seeing the fish dishes, we decided to go back the next day to taste it. It was delicious and very well served. Between the appetizers, the fish and the very good wine, as well as the little cakes offered, it’s flawless.
06/01/2025: We went for dinner, friendly staff, generous portions, we will definitely be back 💯

16/12/2024: Whenever possible, when I'm in Genoa, I stop by Maurizio's to enjoy a splendid Cenere pizza: the best pizza I've ever eaten that hasn't bored me yet! Super digestible dough, high quality ingredients, abundant seasoning. Try it to believe it! The room available is small but welcoming. See you soon!!! ♥️
