When you go to Rosalina Piero and Germano you always fall on your feet, whatever dish they offer is always very good, so much so that at least a couple of times a month we are their guests

You can eat very well, from Piedmontese dishes to pizza, I stop by when I go to Turin, you can stay overnight in the bungalos, there is a campsite 50 meters away or a B&B 150 meters away, go there recommended by Doriano.

The "Il Barbamatto" restaurant is a beautiful place in the Sala Biellese area, perhaps a little difficult to get to for those coming from outside, but it is very worth it. The food is excellently prepared and the traditional flavors are felt, very "homemade" (obviously with a positive meaning!), the service was very quick and the manager even offered a glass of prosecco while waiting for the table. The bill was also almost low for what I had eaten (starter, first course and dessert). In short, it is worth going up to Sala Biellese just to try the cuisine and comfortable environment of "Il Barbamatto"!
