Locale a conduzione familiare e cucina casalinga. Dopo una passeggiata sulla Serra ci siamo fermati a pranzo ( il locale non è grandissimo, quindi obbligatorio prenotare) e abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Ottima polenta concia e dolce superlativo : charlotte creole con cioccolata calda, da leccarsi i baffi !

I gestori di questo locale sono conosciuti nel biellese, gestivano un locale a Bornesco molto conosciuto Rosalina, quindi se lo avevate provato .. qui troverete alcuni piatti della tradizione biellese che già facevano appunto da Rolalina. Un menù che probabilmente cambiano in base alla stagione, comunque troverete una buona scelta ma quel che più conta è la qualita e il tipo di cucina...... sarete sorpresi e molto sodistatti. Consiglio di prenotare, parcheggio nel piazzale proprio davanti al ristorante.
