After struggling to park nearby (it was a Saturday evening and it was raining), we were greeted by the very friendly staff. The place is small, and the service was a bit slow, despite there being only a few people at the table (9 covers) by the middle of the meal.
We had a rabbit tuna (€10), good meat but no sauce, just a few radicchio leaves thrown in. I tried the finanziera (€16), which I'm a fan of (it was the humble dish, made with scraps from the chicken slaughtering that became capons and beef). The ingredients were good, but I didn't like the giardiniera, only peas and spring onions, which was reinforced with Marsala to better bind the whole thing, as it was too moist.
Then I had a risotto with nettles, Roccaverano robiola, and hazelnuts (€17). It was well cooked and carefully plated, but the risotto arrived barely warm, and I had to eat it quickly. We also had spaghetti with butter and lime on pink shrimp carpaccio (€18), perhaps the best dish of the evening, but the portion was rather small, which was a shame.
Since stuffed peaches weren't available (I know it's not in season, but either they're not on the menu or you have to arrange them in other ways), we opted for gianduja, salt, and pepper ganache (€7), which didn't really convince us, but it's a matter of taste.
1 bottle of water €3.50, a glass of Barbera €6, cover charge €2.50.
For a restaurant serving "typical Piedmontese cuisine," I wouldn't have included grilled octopus (which is very trendy, though) or Mazara pink shrimp, but rather a more traditional fish, like anchovies, which are used extensively in Piedmontese cuisine, starting with bagna cauda or bagnet.

We chose this restaurant to try Piedmontese specialties and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
We opted for the tasting menu. Everything was perfect: delicious, beautifully presented, and served with a smile. The portions were more than enough to leave us completely satisfied. The service was quick, and the decor was pleasant.

A very quiet, traditional restaurant, small but modest. I recommend booking before arriving.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and the food was very good. I personally recommend the vitello tonnato, which was truly delicious.
Prices weren't outrageous; we stayed around €50 for an appetizer and a main course for me, and a first course for my partner. The food was beautifully presented.
I would definitely return if we were to ever return to Turin.

Piedmontese restaurant with exquisite dishes; vegetarian options are also available. Excellent service. The place is very cute and welcoming. Prices are reasonable for what's on offer. I'll definitely be back, highly recommended!

A very good restaurant in San Salvario, recommended by a friend for their plin with three roast sauces, which are truly excellent! The rabbit in tuna sauce was a pleasant discovery. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we'll definitely be back! And we'll save room for dessert ❤️

I've tried several plin with roast beef sauce, but I've rarely had anything this good. The chef didn't mess up a single flavor in the typical tasting menu. Prices are in line with other restaurants in the area (near the city center), but when you leave feeling so satisfied, you won't even look at the receipt. Discovered by chance with friends, I'll definitely be back.

We weren't familiar with the place and were inspired by the excellent reviews, which turned out to be true. The food and ingredients were excellent, the value for money was well-balanced, and the Piedmontese tradition was respected with the chef's personal touch. The service was attentive and pleasant.
