Menù abbastanza vario con larga presenza di piatti tipici piemontesi.
Tonno di coniglio molto buono e particolare, battuta al coltello di fassona gustosa e ben equilibrata nel condimento.
Agnolotti del plin ai tre arrosti e la loro riduzione buonissimi.
Dolci da rivedere, sia la ganache al gianduia con sale di Maldon e pepe di Timut che il bonet si presentano bene ma non lasciano il segno.
Prezzi nella media. 4* quasi piene. Consigliato!

We came here for lunch with our baby. Staff was very accommodating. For the appetizer we ordered, hand cut beef tartare and a cheese plate. The cheese plate had variety of 4 cheeses, one soft, one semi soft, and two flavored cheeses one with truffle and one with red pepper it was served with trio sauces: wildflower honey, pear mustard and a fruity wine jam. The beef tartare was well seasoned and very fresh. For entree, we had octopus with polenta which was incredibly melt in your mouth soft, perfectly complemented by the salty polenta. The second entre was wine braised beef with charred vegetables, also delicious. For dessert we had the mild/dark chocolate mousse with hazelnuts and cappuccino. Very satisfying experience. Would recommend !

The restaurant is small but comfortable, the staff very kind and helpful towards people with intolerances, which is not to be taken for granted at all. The food was very good! The girl who welcomed us and served us was very welcoming, helpful and nice.

"Young, fresh" and very well-kept environment. A small restaurant with few seats, this makes everything more intimate where you immediately feel at ease. The guys who run it are professional and attentive to customers, the dishes we tasted, typical Piedmontese dishes, satisfied our palate chosen by chance 100%, it was a pleasant discovery, highly recommended, good guys!!!

Ristorantino molto curato tra le vie bellissime di San Salvario. Cucina tradizionale davvero ottima, porzioni generose e prezzi onesti.
Atmosfera davvero gradevole. Personale super gentile, abbiamo passato davvero una fantastica serata.
Un ringraziamento speciale ad Eleonora che con la sua simpatia ci ha ulteriormente rallegrato la serata.

Slightly disappointing cuisine, with an overly salty starter, and dishes for which the balance would benefit from being reworked.
Wine list with limited choice, and value for money to be reviewed.
