I've tried several plin with roast beef sauce, but I've rarely had anything this good. The chef didn't mess up a single flavor in the traditional tasting menu. Prices are in line with other restaurants in the area (near the city center), but when you leave feeling so satisfied, you won't even look at the receipt. Discovered by chance with friends, I'll definitely be back.

We weren't familiar with the place and were inspired by the excellent reviews, which turned out to be true. The food and ingredients were excellent, the value for money was well-balanced, and the Piedmontese tradition was respected with the chef's personal touch. The service was attentive and pleasant.

Cibo buono, servizio presente e veloce, staff gentile e disponibile, conto giusto. Secondo me il menù è da migliorare (non metterei i piatti di pesce e punterei più sul tipico). Nel complesso consigliato!

Location molto spartana, personale gentile e simpatico, servizio professionale. Menù abbastanza vario con larga presenza di piatti tipici piemontesi. Tonno di coniglio molto buono e particolare, battuta al coltello di fassona gustosa e ben equilibrata nel condimento. Agnolotti del plin ai tre arrosti e la loro riduzione buonissimi. Dolci da rivedere, sia la ganache al gianduia con sale di Maldon e pepe di Timut che il bonet si presentano bene ma non lasciano il segno. Prezzi nella media. 4* quasi piene. Consigliato!

We came here for lunch with our baby. Staff was very accommodating. For the appetizer we ordered, hand cut beef tartare and a cheese plate. The cheese plate had variety of 4 cheeses, one soft, one semi soft, and two flavored cheeses one with truffle and one with red pepper it was served with trio sauces: wildflower honey, pear mustard and a fruity wine jam. The beef tartare was well seasoned and very fresh. For entree, we had octopus with polenta which was incredibly melt in your mouth soft, perfectly complemented by the salty polenta. The second entre was wine braised beef with charred vegetables, also delicious. For dessert we had the mild/dark chocolate mousse with hazelnuts and cappuccino. Very satisfying experience. Would recommend !
