Excellent food and good value too. Nice choice of vegetarian options. Friendly helpful staff who really engaged. A real find for anyone in Turin.

Bellissima esperienza di cucina tipica piemontese elaborata però in chiave moderna e con molta raffinatezza....senza però dimenticare la sostanza! Personalmente ho provato gli agnolotti alle 3 carni ed il tonno di coniglio, trovandoli PARADISIACI, ma anche i piatti provati dagli altri commensali (tagliere di salumi e formaggi, vitello tonnato, carne al barolo ecc) hanno riscosso un meritato successo! Ottima anche la cantina, con un Barolo sensazionale! Adeguato il servizio, sufficiente il rapporto qualità/prezzo, nel senso che mi aspettavo di pagare molto e molto ho pagato, ma ne è valsa la pena eccome! Locale piccolino, per cui conviene prenotare.

We eat very well! It ranges from traditional cuisine to a more innovative proposal with numerous options (compliments for the lemon and prawn pasta) The service was also perfect. The peaceful atmosphere helps make it a place I would happily revisit.

I organized my graduation dinner at this place, there were 17 of us. Top marks for the excellent food, the helpfulness of the owner, the kind and attentive service and the intimate and welcoming location. Furthermore, the alternative for vegans is very valid. 100% recommended

Rifugio Selleries

03/09/2024: I have known the refuge for years and so does Massimo who manages it with so much passion. The structure is certainly dated and the building isn't much, but the location is beautiful: the Selleries basin and valley are as enchanting in summer as in winter. The external summer refreshment point is excellent (the fried polenta and the really top fried potatoes) the service is perhaps a little slow, but you just need to have a minimum of patience and you will be served. Prices are lower than those at the bottom of the valley. The access road is long and a bit bumpy but in my opinion any car of a minimum height can get there without problems. A piece of advice for those who choose to arrive on foot, start from the Seileraut village on the beautiful path and avoid the dust and heat of the road from Pra Catinat.
