24/02/2025: Brancaccio Cafè is located in the historic center of Rome, Rione XVI (Ludovisi) in Via Merulana, 245. Entering the large place I had the opportunity to have a good breakfast, the staff is helpful and kind. In addition to the inside, there are also tables outside, excellent for a break in the summer. CURIOSITY The current Via Merulana was built in the XVI century, it is a long and important straight artery that had the task of connecting two of the four major Basilicas of the city, in fact it starts from Piazza Santa Maria Maggiore and arrives at San Giovanni in Laterano. 20/02/2025: Brancaccio Cafè was an unexpected find and a perfect start to the morning. We passed by on a weekday on our way to a nearby museum and decided to stop for breakfast. The service was fantastic—our waiter went out of his way to make sure I got my iced coffee exactly the way I like it, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was great, with fresh pastries and well-prepared dishes, and everything came out quickly. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the whole experience even better. I love when you pop into a place on a whim, and it turns out to be a great choice. Would absolutely stop by again!
