I hadn't been back to this restaurant for a few years and as always it amazed me. We celebrated my partner's birthday and once again it did not disappoint my expectations. Excellent raw materials, good taste and perfect service. I will always return more than willingly, highly recommended

High expectation fully satisfied. The raw materials are top quality and almost all local. The flavor benefits fully. I stuck to vegetables with fabulous goat cheese and walnut gnocchi, excellent caramelized onions. Classy wine selection. Friendly service with a full explanation of the origin of the flours from which the homemade bread and derivatives are made.

By far the best restaurant in the village! Fast and efficient service. Very good wine list, and the dishes are delicious! Having tried other restaurants in Champoluc and been disappointed... this one is worth the detour.

Killer immediately revealed: best restaurant in Champoluc and surrounding areas. Point. I tried a few restaurants this summer but it is the only one that manages to combine tradition with new ideas while keeping the quality very high. The place is nice, the service super helpful and the wine list (you know I'm passionate) not bad at all... it definitely has its reason! It's thought out! And even the bar does very well... it's usually a bit forgotten, poor thing. The agnolotti are super but I suggest the grilled meat which is made with all the trappings of a barbecue! Now increasingly rare alas 😣 Oh I forgot: book before (rightly) it gets crowded in high season, especially at dinner.

Best restaurant in Champoluc!! We ate there twice this past week and tried several dishes, food is fantastic and creative, exceptional service so highly recommending!

If you pass through Champoluc, a must stop at the bailiff. I recommend it to you. Excellent food with excellent raw materials, the owner and staff are well-trained and very kind.

All at very high quality levels. Menu, raw materials, product research, hospitality, venue, customer care and availability for all needs, even those of children.
Very kind dining room staff, very pleasant environment, tasty, non-trivial and substantial dishes. We'll be back!

Fantastica esperienza per la cena di sabato sera… molta molta attenzione ai particolari, alle esigenze dei clienti ed ai piatti…
Mio marito ed io abbiamo condiviso un antipasto e, per la prima volta in assoluto, ci sono state portate due mini porzioni di battuta di fassone peraltro eccellente…
Ampia la scelta dei vini in particolare valdostani.
Materie prime fantastiche e sapientemente lavorate in cucina…
Complimenti ad Andrea ed al suo staff… consigliatissimo e consigliatissima la prenotazione con anticipo per riservarsi la possibilità di una esperienza stellare…

Ristorante raffinato a Champoluc, ambiente accogliente e con attenzione ai particolari.
Piatti buoni ma a prezzi un pochino troppo elevati. Stessa cosa per la carta dei vini.
Comunque un'esperienza piacevole!
