Everything perfect. The staff are good and welcoming... Excellent food. In particular my carbonara. Exceptional. They also have an excellent wine list and also a nice selection by the glass. Well done! Well done!! the price is above average but you pay willingly.

We ate twice in this place, excellent dishes, exceptional mixed grill, good assortment of local and non-local wines.
Attentive and very kind staff, special thanks to the waitress who entertained our little nine-month-old Ginevra❤️

The story of the producers of the local wines is told, the ingredients are from local producers, some dishes are typical but others not at all obvious (the flan was top marks). Even though the place was full we didn't wait and there was no shortage. The venue is beautiful, the mise en place is truly original, you were kind and friendly, it was truly a beautiful and relaxing evening, thank you!!
P.s. I recommend long walks in the mountains before tackling dinner: the portions are truly champions!

Ristorante raffinato a Champoluc, ambiente accogliente e con attenzione ai particolari.
Piatti buoni ma a prezzi un pochino troppo elevati. Stessa cosa per la carta dei vini.
Comunque un'esperienza piacevole!

Good Location, but that's were 'Good' stops... Disappointing is a better word to describe it. Food not so tasty, the service was not very attentive, maybe cause the place was crowded (I really don't understand why it would be)!!!!

Il Balivo is the best restaurant in Champoluc, it is welcoming, elegant but rustic at the same time, you eat typical dishes that are revisited at the same time, local products at zero km, be careful: the dishes are really very abundant!!! Go there with a big appetite because it's worth trying everything, from appetizers to desserts! Well-stocked local wine list. Courtesy of the staff 8 stars, congratulations! Just remember to book well in advance, otherwise you won't find a place!

Without a doubt the best restaurant in Champoluc and with good reason! Excellent service, super menu, very friendly staff. Well-stocked wine list and the menu is full of delicacies! 😍 try the gnocchi with goat cheese fondue and mocetta! But the menu changes often so it's better to be there consistently 😂

Senza dubbio il miglior ristorante di Champoluc e a buon titolo! Servizio ottimo , menu super, personale molto cortese. Lista dei vini ben fornita e il menù è pieno di golosità! 😍 da provare gli gnocchi con fonduta di formaggio di capra e mocetta! Ma il menù cambia spesso quindi è meglio esserci con costanza 😂
