Uno dei migliori ristoranti giapponesi a Modena… anzi, talmente bravi che hanno fatto il bis a Sassuolo! Non aspettatevi una reggia, lo spazio è raccolto, ma la qualità, la velocità e la cortesia sono extralarge.
Che siate fan del nastro o del classico tavolo, le prelibatezze asiatiche qui sono come le ciliegie: una tira l’altra (e non ci si ferma più). Sì, il conto è un po’ più “raffinato” rispetto ad altri posti, ma ogni euro è speso bene. Insomma, sushi che merita, e pure con stile!

L’esperienza da Iko è sempre esaltante: noi ci sediamo al nastro e lasciamo a lui l’incarico di incantarci. Il pesce è sempre freschissimo e le combinazioni di sushi molto originali e spesso nuove. C’è davvero di tutto: dall’ottima tempura, ai noodles, dalla fresca insalata di mare, agli edamame, per non parlare dei roll!! Buonissimi! A mio avviso il miglior ristorante di sushi di Modena.
