Usual IKEA: you can find everything for your home! Except that: the children's area is often closed, not the entire shop is accessible due to long construction work, the bartenders do not respect the offers communicated to the speaker, the drinks dispenser on the ground floor often breaks. All this takes 2 stars from my review.

Good morning I don't usually write reviews but today I came to Ikea Casalecchio after having spent like many times... I discovered the Ikea Family card and I wanted to congratulate Mrs. Claudia who carefully explained to me how it worked and how I could use it with the phone. 18/06/2024: Having tried it several times, I believe it is the best takeaway pizzeria in the area, however, the last two Sundays I ordered it it arrived practically raw and rather rubbery, it's a shame either the pizza chef has changed or the last doughs have had a bit of problems, I hope they don't re-ballellinate the leftover pizza balls because then the resulting toughness would have a very negative impact, I will try again next Sunday but in any case it will be the last one. However, this swing between great and poor quality from one week to the next is strange. Update 06/17/24 I reordered the pizza by making a phone call and asking that it be well cooked and this time I would say that the quality has improved a lot even if unfortunately it is no longer like a few months ago...
