Ikea Restaurant In Villesse

We went to IKEA to buy furniture for the living room and create a tailor-made solution. The in-store experience was positive, with good display and helpful staff. However, once we have chosen the furniture, we were told that the delivery is managed directly by them, while the assembly is entrusted to an external company that can be contacted via an app called Task. In our case, having a plasterboard wall, we were advised to contact this company first to check the feasibility of the assembly. This additional step wasted our time and in the end we decided to buy the furniture elsewhere where they offered both delivery and assembly services. It's a shame that IKEA no longer offers the assembly service directly, because it would have made everything simpler and more immediate.

Lately I've often stopped by Ikea, what can I say... really friendly and helpful staff, 'returns and customer service' area equally competent and helpful with regards to problems

I went with my dad to looking for a small sofa bed. Luckily, we encountered Mr. Fabio, who was very knowledgeable, accommodating, accountable, and reliable. He showed us a variety of products and professionally described each one. He handled the order for us, so all we had to do was continue shopping, then go downstairs to pay and pick up the order. I am very happy and grateful to have found him, as his prompt help saved us a big headache.

The shop is always a point of reference. The restaurant? Something has changed.... Cheap food of dubious quality, combined with small portions. Personal opinion obviously.

Very crowded and some furniture not available. Very high delivery costs if you consider that not many people have the ability to fit a two meter piece of furniture in their car

Ikea store with integrated Tiare shopping. You spend the day finding things you didn't think existed and you also get inspiration for furnishing small spaces. There is also a restaurant area with Italian and Swedish dishes, also for vegans. The only flaw is the Ikea bar where the staff is not exactly helpful and courteous.

Friendly and courteous Ikea mobile staff! Another thing is the girls and the lady at the restaurant checkout... Given a problem with the app which involved quite a few Allen keys, they were unable to resolve... Solved independently. Besides this, you are liquidated by telling us "the Allen keys will expire soon anyway". I repeat, we solved the problem, and they didn't. Otherwise excellent cuisine and very friendly kitchen staff! 3 stars for the somewhat heavy lunch given the discussions and the considerable waste of time.

It's my favorite place, there are always new things and there are lots of inspirations for the whole house, terrace/garden, plants and even for four-legged friends. I had an excellent service for designing the kitchen, the only sore point were the fitters who had forgotten half the kitchen and were not polite at all (it happened to me 3 years ago, I hope they have solved it). The bathrooms are always clean and well equipped both for those in wheelchairs and for those who have to change a baby/child and in all the classic bathrooms for both men and women there is a seat for children and they are spacious. The refreshment point is well stocked, they also have a microwave and other things to feed the little ones (forks, glasses, saucers, high chair, etc.). The automatic checkout is very convenient especially if you have the application that gradually scans the items in the cart and when you arrive you just have to pay without a limit of items. The service for booking a van to comfortably take the items home yourself is also excellent or you can ask if they will send them directly to your home. It is very comfortable to get around both with a stroller and in wheelchairs. It is allowed to bring four-legged friends inside. The employees are very helpful and friendly.
