Always crowded, even at opening hours. However, thanks to the size of the spaces, it is quite comfortable. The shop is indeed gigantic and really well stocked. The restaurant is also of good quality with the legendary Swedish meatballs.

A beautiful Ikea which has numerous articles and furnishings for the home, garden and more... There is no lack of numerous services inside... A long itinerary full of things to see.

As always, meeting the right person who has a strong motivation and desire to help the customer makes the difference at Ikea, especially in the bargain corner, where it becomes really difficult to help put the items back into circulation because it is managed in an approximate and disorganized way . Thanks to Andrea I managed to find my discounted Kivik and was able to give new life to an article... courteous and professional, unlike my colleague who dismissed me in a rude way. Thanks again Andrea, I hope you can make great progress in Ikea because you have understood its spirit. Giusy

Ikea is always Ikea,
You always go and leave with something and this one from Carugate is my point of reference and I always find it well stocked and well looked after.
I didn't give 5 stars because in the refreshment area,
The cuisine is no longer the same or much poorer.
The portions have decreased and the prices have gone up a little.
The quality has decreased a lot.
Example... the most famous dish, meatballs with mashed potatoes and sauce,
The small, dried pellets looked like they were from the day before.
Compact puree that you can't even spread it etc...
Next time I'll check better if I stop for a meal too.

Good....it can improve thanks..today however I feel like giving a note of demerit to Donatella at the cash registers, I was very upset and she made me feel stupid
....certainly I'm not very good with these electronic speakers but a little more collaboration was enough while Donatella with a bit of arrogance made me feel incompetent...please instruct your collaborators better.

Ikea è sempre conveniente , ma sul montaggio e una delusione totale , hanno fretta , il montaggio è molto scarso personale che parla male italiano , ho acquistato 2 camere , mobili già rovinati , sconsiglio a tutti il montaggio !!!!

Una buona esperienza anche per la famiglia. Il cibo è sfizioso e proposto a prezzi onesti. Consiglio certamente di andarci a mangiare durante il percorso per la scelta di mobili o prodotti per la casa. Bravi, servizio molto gradito. Il venerdì alcune pietanze sono scontate del 50%
