IKEA entry point is 45.551357, 9.332331, then the gate is here at 45.550418, 9.332393. There's a speakerphone on the left. I called and said there was a delivery. A couple of minutes later, the guys showed up, opened the gate, took an SMR, took a picture of the seal, and gave me a ramp. CLICK HERE FOR USEFULNESS AND NO NAIL OR ROD.

IKEA has always been a favorite of mine; shopping there is always a relaxing and joyful experience. It's my second home, or rather, a place that makes home feel like "home." Every corner and every step is created to foster a greater sense of belonging. Perhaps this is the essence of the two-way journey between business and customer.
I love this place as much as I love my own home.

The score goes to the two employees mentioned at the Carugate store!!!! I was lucky to have met them, so I want to thank Luca, customer service, and Daria, living. THANK YOU for listening to me, supporting me, and finding a solution to the problem I "highlighted" a few days ago. You really made the difference 🙏🏻
PREVIOUS: Terrible customer service on the phone, after purchase. After 10 days, I haven't been contacted to resolve an issue caused by the unprofessionalism of the (in-house) installation team, who incorrectly assembled my wardrobe. My request has gone unanswered after days of requests; in fact, the operators are annoyed and uncooperative... Add to this the previous problems with a purchase that should have been resolved within a few weeks, but I found myself having to process the request two months later, due to the lack of a part that, according to the operators and staff at the Carugate physical store, should have arrived within a few days.
I find this type of approach shameful, as it ignores the significant stress that can arise from such a situation and the financial investment involved.

I want to express my heartfelt thanks and complete satisfaction with the assistance we received from the accommodation department. Antonella and Francesca were simply spectacular. From the first moment, they welcomed us with truly rare kindness and a smile. They demonstrated great expertise and total willingness to listen to our needs.
They resolved all our questions and concerns, handling our request with impeccable professionalism and exceptional customer service. Not only did they resolve everything we needed, but they did so with a courtesy that made our shopping experience extremely pleasant.

On October 13, 2025, a very kind spare parts representative from Carugate (I think it was ludel43 STO.233.IT) requested a spare part. I was skeptical, but today it arrived in perfect condition. Thank you so much. Nothing like the person in San Giuliano Milanese, who had previously tried everything to avoid understanding. But then again, I had bought the kitchen from them. A disgraceful experience. The San Giuliano store is clearly Ikea's elephant museum.
