Always nice to spend the afternoon inside Ikea. You can eat in the restaurant on the first floor, genuine food with little fat and that doesn't cost much. Now everything is automatic. If you go to the restaurant and you are green, avoid taking bottles of water, you can take glasses and fill them up for free with fresh water, both still and sparkling. This is in the drinks dispenser by clicking on still water or sparkling water. The system of returns and invoice requests needs to be improved, few counters and an endless queue.

I am a fan of Ikea and I am happy that it is only 22 minutes from my house. The LAST time I went I had a snack in the bistro area and I ate some chips with a hot dog. The wiustrel is very good. I know that the Ikea technique for making wiustrel is to boil it. Very good! The furniture is cheap and very beautiful to look at. The staff is very kind. PS it is also nice that there is an area where you can recycle the furniture. Very useful and a great help for the environment.

Shopping at the IKEA store in Carugate has been expanded and renovated. And with its 38,000 m2 with truly curated displays, you will find so many things for the home. bargain corner, a department present in all stores where you can find recovered, second-hand or exhibition items with a reduced price. Very kind staff. You can eat delicious dishes from salmon, to meatballs with mashed potatoes, lasagna and desserts, delicious tiramisu, salads, drinks and even coffee, the staff in the food area are very friendly. Ample parking. Advise.

Excellent supermarket for furniture and the like

I love Ikea, I have all the complete furnishings in my house from the kitchen to the bathroom.. they are very helpful.. and always have everything for everyone..

Buying furniture in this shop is a nightmare, after three months of contact with the various always different collaborators, we managed to have a kitchen sent to us, but without any of the sellers informing us, the worktop has right-angled edges instead of rounded as we had ordered, then several small pieces are missing, which will arrive when? We made countless trips to Carugate, always to buy the little pieces that occasionally arrived, but today after three months we still don't have the complete kitchen. We will never buy anything at Ikea again! And let's hope for the best! We have already been to customer service where they told us that we had signed, so what the hell! In total you gave us what you wanted, probably because you had to dispose of that type of shelf, which I had refused on several occasions, rest assured that I will no longer have experiences with you and not even everyone I know, who are many, absolutely never again!!!!!! My reviews are very popular, so they will know where to go!!!! And in the meantime I had to buy a kitchen shelf that I absolutely don't like, which I wasn't told about before purchasing!
