Buying furniture in this shop is a nightmare, after three months of contact with the various always different collaborators, we managed to have a kitchen sent to us, but without any of the sellers informing us, the worktop has right-angled edges instead of rounded as we had ordered, then several small pieces are missing, which will arrive when? We made countless trips to Carugate, always to buy the little pieces that occasionally arrived, but today after three months we still don't have the complete kitchen. We will never buy anything at Ikea again! And let's hope for the best! We have already been to customer service where they told us that we had signed, so what the hell! In total you gave us what you wanted, probably because you had to dispose of that type of shelf, which I had refused on several occasions, rest assured that I will no longer have experiences with you and not even everyone I know, who are many, absolutely never again!!!!!! My reviews are very popular, so they will know where to go!!!! And in the meantime I had to buy a kitchen shelf that I absolutely don't like, which I wasn't told about before purchasing!

IKEA services for families far exceed Italian standards. Unfortunately, however, people do not respect these services, such as parking spaces reserved for families with small children. On the ground floor there are wheelchairs available for the disabled and trolleys with a seat for the little ones, equipped with a seat belt and convenient for entering the lifts! TOP staff always friendly!

My review concerns the children's area The girls, Ariela and Martina are super kind, funny and super helpful, my son had a great time and was very happy, he didn't want to go out anymore, the very understanding girls reassured my baby so he wouldn't cry because he wanted to stay inside. you can see that they do their job with commitment, I had a very good time, 10 girls!! Keep it up.

I have been frequenting this Ikea for years, it is my reference point of sale and it is fantastic, very large, wonderfully managed spaces, well-maintained and clean place, excellent value for money, you can find all the furniture for all tastes, the dining area is fantastic, well managed, clean and well-maintained too, the food is delicious and the right choice, the spaces where you can eat all in all guarantee you a moment of relaxation. The staff depends on how you find them, sometimes they are kind and helpful but very often they are rushed, pissed off and listless. Advise!
