We ordered an Ikea kitchen and had a great time. Elena followed us and was able to advise us in the best possible way with a lot of patience, professionalism, dedication and commitment. A brief feedback on catering. Very small portions compared to pre-covid. Even the 'dispenser' for the mashed potatoes, please never give too much....Meatballs that are always smaller and counted meticulously (but they always remain good) as well as the salmon. Meh..that time every now and then ok but no more

Going to Ikea is always a pleasant experience even in terms of prices, but yesterday I was struck by a detail that was not at all negligible and which I invite you to pay attention to.
Yesterday I went to this store to buy some Christmas decorations and at the end of the tour, as always, I ducked into the offers corner, where I found a small reading lamp. So, I went to the automatic cash register to pay (where the employees are breathing down your neck for fear that you will take away something for free), too bad that, instead of scanning the QR code indicated under the yellow rectangle indicating the reduction, I scanned the bar one as usual. But luckily I noticed it.
Now, I don't necessarily want to think badly (even if I think so), but who knows how many people have taken away a product from the offers corner, paying full price for it, because they are used to scanning the classic black barcode on the package, without realizing it at home.
That barcode should be deactivated when it passes from the shop to the offers corner. And it doesn't matter if this requires an extra step on the part of the company in terms of time and organization.
Not only for fairness towards the buyer, but also to avoid continuous cancellations and returns for the company.
That said, folks, be careful if you pass through those parts and make sure you laser the QR code under the little yellow tab and not the other one.

My trusted IKEA. I furnished almost the entire office area using this store to get ideas and as a point of support for online purchases. IKEA support is also excellent, with very helpful staff. It's a shame that some very specific products are often missing from the warehouse, but can be found above all in the stores in Corsico or Carugate.
