First of all I want to review the positive experience at the wardrobe design point. I hadn't booked but the very kind staff put me on the list. Then the employee Teresa had patience and good taste to advise me very well. We even had some laughs! In the projects area there is also a tablet to entertain children (they don't miss one!) which has proven to be very useful. At the bar, try the very chemical ice cream for €0.90 that you dispense yourself. It goes down perfectly, flamed and with strawberry, chocolate or neutral partings. Crispy waffle cone!

Obviously organized to the maximum, also very helpful staff even during this holiday period, upon my request for information for the replacement of a product purchased by mistake they provided me with very useful solutions even beyond my expectations

My childhood shop and my favourite. Objectively, it is very well stocked and you will find everything you are looking for on these three floors, including children's games, furniture, lights, sofas, kitchens... and even a self-service restaurant full of dishes based on vegetable or non-vegetable ingredients; the catering service also offers the possibility of sitting at one of the many tables. The average price of the restaurant is around €15 per person. I really like their "culinary" offerings, although I think that a few years ago the food was of a slightly higher quality.

3 stars for IKEA as a store due to the fact that it is the most disorganized store in the world. Each of their operators tells you something different when they open their PC because they are mega disorganized. I have had 6 sales assistants unable to resolve my request, 2 of them were also rude even though I asked them very politely and with a smile. I finally met SUSANNA TO WHOM I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE 20 STARS, because not only was she capable, very kind and extremely helpful, she was also VERY INTUITIVE and with her we resolved our request in exactly 5 minutes.
