On Saturday afternoon, I'm on the escalator going down, getting my car key ready, and... the small piece of metal falls out, having broken off the key's head due to the tiny rivet being lost. It falls flat on its side, fitting perfectly into the grooves of the escalator (!) and is swallowed up upon arrival. Panic! I contacted every Ikea employee I could find, incredulous at the absurdity of the story, but all willing to help. I thank them so much for their kindness, attention, and solidarity, and ultimately, they were happy with the positive resolution of the situation. Many, many thanks!

Ikea San Giuliano Milanese is always a guarantee! The store is large, well-organized, and offers a wide selection of furniture and home solutions at affordable prices. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is also a strong point: delicious, fast, and affordable. The meatballs, desserts, and vegetarian options are excellent. A place where you can shop and eat well at the same time!

I came here looking for a replacement part for a double bed I bought quite some time ago, and I wasn't very hopeful... but Gaia at the information desk was very kind and persistent in locating it, and she delivered it to me with a smile. I couldn't be more satisfied! 10/10 for customer service, 10/10 for repairability.

This review is just to applaud Maria at the information desk. While waiting for my turn, I couldn't help but notice her great ability to manage the large number of customers; she was able to professionally handle everyone, even those who didn't interact directly with her.
My review isn't biased; I don't know the lady in question, but working in retail, I'm well versed in the dynamics and importance of a compliment (not just a reprimand!) for someone who works with dedication, as she has shown.

The new route inside the Ikea store in San Giuliano is definitely too long and complicated. Do you realize how many people, especially the elderly, give up on visiting you for this very reason? It would be helpful to create clearly marked and easily accessible shortcuts to make it easier for all customers.
