This review is just to applaud Maria at the information desk. While waiting for my turn, I couldn't help but notice her great ability to manage the large number of customers; she was able to professionally handle everyone, even those who didn't interact directly with her.
My review isn't biased; I don't know the lady in question, but working in retail, I'm well versed in the dynamics and importance of a compliment (not just a reprimand!) for someone who works with dedication, as she has shown.

The new route inside the Ikea store in San Giuliano is definitely too long and complicated. Do you realize how many people, especially the elderly, give up on visiting you for this very reason? It would be helpful to create clearly marked and easily accessible shortcuts to make it easier for all customers.

It's always nice to spend time at Ikea, the prices are always fair. Avoid on weekends, when it gets incredibly crowded.

A classic Ikea store, with a full route to follow and products on display.
It's a shame that customer service has declined somewhat in recent years, and that product quality is now highly competitive with other brands on the market.
Clearly, Ikea's selection and product offering is unmatched, but certain aspects could use a little more attention.
All good, but they don't wash the tablespoons very well.

I went to the San Giuliano store today, and unfortunately I found everything a bit dusty and messy.
The clerks were some very helpful, others "distracted".
At the bar I had ice cream and a slice of strawberry cake of mediocre quality.
Instead I had a pleasant surprise in the Billy bookcase section where two truly brilliant desks were added, I bought the pull-out one. 4 stars for the desks, the rest absolutely needs improvement
