A truly excellent all-you-can-eat Japanese fusion restaurant, certainly above average. A beautiful and well-maintained location with a relaxing atmosphere, though it's a shame there were a few flies. The menu is quite extensive, with dishes I've never tried before, like the wagyu rolls (so much variety) and the one with milk cream (good and interesting). There's very little vegetarian options, which is a shame because now it's practically possible to make rolls with tofu or seitan, ingredients that are readily available. The eel and octopus nigiri were delicious, and overall, I really appreciated the attention to detail in the various dishes and the fact that the pieces have the right ratio of rice to fish (the nigiri had nice fish touches). The service is very quick and attentive, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. I'll definitely be back!

Excellent sushi, truly friendly and smiling staff. They're also happy to help you remove or modify dishes by making a note when ordering (for example, eliminating the teriyaki or kataifi noodles for someone with celiac disease). Highly recommended: the mango roll, truly exceptional.

Warm welcome staff. Young man spoke several languages, very helpful! Plenty of choice, beautiful sushi. Too bad there weren't a few small desserts included in the price (or a scoop of ice cream, or mixed fruit, etc.). Otherwise good and good service/friendly.

Frequento il locale da tempo, ed in precedenza lo avevo ben recensito ma, ultimamente, lo trovo peggiorato. Non so se è cambiata la gestione, non riconosco più il personale, ma vi sono state variazioni che, a mio parere, hanno peggiorato la qualità del cibo e del servizio. In primis, ma questo è un parere personale, la introduzione del tablet, rende tutto molto impersonale, diminuisce quel poco di rapporti con la sala e non cambia sulla pulizia (menù cartaceo o tablet si tocca sempre materiale toccato da altri). Il cibo è servito in quantità inferiori, e non è un male, si può ordinare altre volte, ma le porzioni sono ridotte, facendo porzioni mignon che, a mio parere, diminuisce la qualità del prodotto, soprattutto nella parte della cucina alla giapponese mentre i piatti alla cinese sono ancora appetibili. Pertanto, il conto sale, le quantità e la qualità diminuiscono e sono spariti i sorrisi. Sul servizio mi astengo, ma sono aumentati gli errori. Complessivamente ci tornerò ma, se ho soluzioni alternative le preferisco.
