Ate very well!
The two of us ate octopus with potatoes and Taggiasca olives cooked at low temperature in a glass jar, spaghetti with a lime and ginger-based sauce, and spaghetti with squid ink and lobster ragout. Drank an excellent rosé from the Di Sante "Illa" winery and finished with an exquisite dessert made in a glass like a sort of "moretta", a local coffee blend. All excellent, well served by a room manager, exquisite in her kindness. All while sitting in the beautiful central square of Fano. A nice evening! It was Wednesday and the atmosphere was very quiet.
We had dinner outside, located in the historic center of Fano so excellent location! Original and refined dishes, good value for money too, especially recommended for aperitifs!
