Beautiful hotel! Very high customer attention, thanks to all the staff in particular to Francesca at the reception. Will definitely come back.

Solid room and solid location to all of the main attractions. We spent NYE in Florence last year and it was a great place to spend a few nights while exploring the city

Narciso Rooftop Bar is a spectacular, very elegant place, on the 6th floor of the NH Holte, it offers a spectacular view of Florence at sunset, the buffet is unlimited with very good and quality products, the first served at the table nice and hot even if it is a dish simple it was very good, the classic drinks I had the very fresh and thirst-quenching Narciso and finally the desserts... very friendly and helpful staff, I will definitely be back!

I can't say anything other than that it is a five-star hotel, the staff, the rooms, the breakfast and the infrastructure. It was a spectacular seven-night stay. Special mention for the girls at the reception and Pedro, they are geniuses in their attention and above all for the attention they had to the detail of the reception and for my wife's birthday, nothing more than to leave a big thank you to the staff. It is worth clarifying that breakfast is a delicacy, all varied with new fruits to taste and different flavors. Thank you very much NH hotel.

We arrived on 12/24/24 and they welcomed us with great warmth, from the beautiful detail prepared in the room, with presents and pampering. The kindness of those at the reception always welcoming you with a smile. Those who collaborate in cleaning, leaving everything impeccable. But the best of all is the breakfast, a wide variety, Pedro is an excellent person who always welcomes you with warmth and a smile, he comes up and asks how everything is (it's always perfect because they offer a great variety of sweet and savory things, many exquisite gastronomy). My husband and I were amazed and felt like we were on a second honeymoon. Thank you very much for making our stay perfect.

The hotel is beautiful and of average cleanliness. The air conditioning and heating are excellent. The rooms and bathroom are large and spacious. It is a 20-minute walk from most landmarks and very close to the train station. I repeat the choice because most of the center hotels are old.

We got nice room with roof terrace with great view of ferris wheel, park and river. Only drawback: shower water pressure & temperature keeps fluacting during shower, not terrible, but annoying. Also AC/heat made funny wheezing noises every so often. These are infrastructure issues that needs upgrading.

Hotel outside the restricted traffic area so convenient if you are by car, spacious room, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast.

Beautiful walk along the river from this hotel to Ponte Vecchio / the center of town. Staff at the front desk and in the restaurant, very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast was abundant with choices and very fresh. Room very clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Francesca and to the evening staff who were so helpful with all my questions.
