We got nice room with roof terrace with great view of ferris wheel, park and river. Only drawback: shower water pressure & temperature keeps fluacting during shower, not terrible, but annoying. Also AC/heat made funny wheezing noises every so often. These are infrastructure issues that needs upgrading.

Beautiful walk along the river from this hotel to Ponte Vecchio / the center of town. Staff at the front desk and in the restaurant, very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast was abundant with choices and very fresh. Room very clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Francesca and to the evening staff who were so helpful with all my questions.

Hotel outside the restricted traffic area so convenient if you are by car, spacious room, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast.

Gianni Giacomo was amazing. He helped us so much when we checked in and gave us helpful tips for navigating around Florence and other parts of our vacation. This was a great experience: great food, great hospitality, all the staff at NH Firenze were fantastic!

We had a wonderful time, the service was excellent. Giacomo went out of his way to make our stay great. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

I attended the aperitif on the terrace. The view is beautiful, the menu was right, but above all the kindness, competence and helpfulness of the staff was excellent

Beautiful evening with friends enjoying the sunset over the rooftops of Florence. Great unlimited food for 20 euros and great cocktails. To redo!

25/11/2024: El gran menú es impresionante y la calidad de la comida es de primera categoría. El restaurante en sí es acogedor y romántico. Este es uno de mis restaurantes favoritos en la Toscana. La pizza sin gluten era deliciosa y el filete de trufa era el mejor que tenía en la región. El personal fue amable y paciente con nuestro grupo de 16. Estamos muy agradecidos. ¡Gracias!
09/11/2024: Ci siamo affidati alle recensioni positive trovate su trip e non ne siamo rimasti delusi! Abbiamo mangiato un mix di crostini, tagliatelle al tartufo e tagliata di chianina, tutto veramente molto buono! Alessandro un vero padrone di casa che omaggia tutti i suoi ospiti con un calice di benvenuto, cosa che al giorno d’oggi sono rimasti in pochissimi a farlo! Prezzi nella media. Un po’ da migliorare i tempi d’attesa ma probabilmente giustificati dal fatto che era il ponte del2novembre e in giro c’era veramente tanta gente! Ps squisito il dolce al cioccolato che ci ha portatoooooo! Complimenti a tutto lo staff!
