Everything is fine, the only thing to improve is the soap and shampoo dispensers, they work poorly and the product they dispense should be of better quality according to the hotel.

This hotel is 25 minutes from the Duomo, but very closed to the theatre and the tramway, so depends on where you want to go. They do bot have their own parking, and outsource their parking, which needs 1 hour notice in advance. Rooms are okay, but their mattress is stiff and you can feel the spring, and they don't have thinner pillows. It's not comfortable for sleep. And they are not very eco-friendly, they don't recycle in rooms and the air conditioning doesn't turn off when you open the windows, electricity doesn't get cut off when you exit.

Very convenient for visiting Florence. Renovated, on the banks of the Arno. Ideal for a walk or a morning run. Renovated hotel, very decent and clean rooms. The rooftop restaurant offers great views of the city and good food. I found the breakfast average, and parking a bit expensive considering it's not in the city center. A very pleasant 20-minute walk to Ponte Vecchio.

This is my favorite hotel in Florence since 2008 and this summer was my fifth visit and I am really happy with my choice all the staff are amazing and very friendly and helpful,the rooms are very nice and clean specially the rooms on the 6th floor with lager terrace 👌🏼, the location is perfect about 15 min walking to the center it’s in a quiet area , they have a beautiful rooftop with swimming pool. Thank you Nh Firenze for making our stay enjoyable as usual 🙏🏼

Last week I went with friends for an aperitif on the sixth-floor terrace. The atmosphere was welcoming, the view beautiful, the buffet excellent, and the service excellent. Special thanks to the staff, very kind and attentive.

Very good hotel. Very spacious rooms. The bathroom is large, and the king-size bed is also large. Very good location; an 18-minute walk to downtown, and a 3-minute walk to the bus that runs through the center. Very friendly staff at check-in.

Very attentive receptionists and great breakfast! The only thing was the pool hours were bad because they closed at 6:00 PM, but the sun would only set at 9:30 PM, it was very hot!

Very pleasant aperitif evening, very beautiful terrace, good service, nice and helpful waiters, nice assortment of finger food followed by a good first course, fruit and dessert.

Our stay at this hotel was okay overall, but there were a few issues. The room was quite small, although it had a large balcony with seating and a nice view. Unfortunately, the balcony was in direct sunlight until almost 9 PM, and there was no sunshade, which made it difficult to enjoy. The bathroom had a bathtub, but it didn’t drain properly, which was inconvenient. To the staff’s credit, when we reported the issue, reception promptly offered us another room, which was appreciated. The location was also a bit far from the main attractions, so getting around required some extra time and planning. Not a bad stay, but a few improvements would make a big difference.

The rooms were standard NH quality. We had a room on the 6th floor on first night, no view and close to fire escape door and pool but very noisy with guests coming song going from event. We moved rooms the next day to a quieter room. Staff were accommodating and helpful. The hotel was in a good location outside the city centre with public transport links. Due to time of year, transport was very crowded!
