We stayed at this hotel during our stay in Florence and had a truly wonderful time. From the moment you enter, you can smell the pleasant aroma and feel the cleanliness. The welcome was impeccable: the staff were kind, helpful, and always smiling. The room was perfect, spotlessly clean, and meticulously cared for; nothing was missing. It was a wonderful stay that made our experience in Florence even better. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone who wants to feel pampered.

We stayed two nights at the NH Firenze. It's located one tram stop from the Santa Maria Novella train station, making it very close to the city's main attractions. We stayed in a spacious and well-lit premium room. The room was clean, but the curtains were quite dusty. The bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was perfect. The only drawback was the additional in-room amenities: from a 4-star hotel, I would have expected better room service, such as slippers and a bathroom kit (cosmetics, toothpaste, and toothbrush). These are basic items, but they make a short stay enjoyable. No complaints about the breakfast: perfect, excellent, all fresh, and a wide variety of sweet and savory options. In conclusion: Average value for money: I paid a lot for the location and service described above. I would stay here again just for breakfast.

Our stay at the NH Firenze was, overall, very good. The room was magnificent: spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality products, and the staff serving it are wonderful, always attentive and friendly. We also want to give a special mention to a receptionist with curly hair who spoke Spanish. She was delightful, helped us at every turn, and made our stay much easier. However, unfortunately, we had a negative experience at reception another day. We were attended to by a brunette with straight hair who was chewing gum while speaking to us and addressed us with a dismissive tone that surprised us quite a bit. Such attitudes greatly damage the excellent impression we had of the hotel. We hope this feedback serves as constructive feedback, because the hotel is of a very high standard, and it would be a shame if details like this tarnished an otherwise very positive experience.

The hotel is well located, the rooms are large and comfortable, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious and very varied.
