A little out of the way from the centre, otherwise excellent

The group I was accompanying was staying at this property. The rooms were excellent, but breakfast and dinner service was affected by the presence of another group in the property. Breakfast and dinner service for our group, considered Group B, was subordinated to that of Group A. Breakfast was served only from 7:30 a.m. to give Group A priority. Dinner was served with a 40-minute wait between the appetizer and the main course. They were not informed of this eventuality, so I was unable to find an alternative plan. When booking for a group, be careful not to have a second course. Despite our complaints, no small gift was given to us.

Located on the Lungarno, a 15-minute walk from the center of Florence. Spacious rooms equipped with every comfort. A generous breakfast with a wide selection of sweet and savory options. Friendly and efficient reception staff.

The staff is professional, friendly, and always available, ready to accommodate every request with a smile. Their attention and dedication to making guests feel at home made my stay even more enjoyable. In conclusion, the NH Hotel in Florence stands out not only for the quality of its facilities and perfect location, but above all for the exceptional service provided by its fantastic team. The reception staff are friendly. If you drive, valet parking costs 35 euros (for an SUV). Please keep that in mind when driving! The room condition is fine.

We stayed at the NH Firenze hotel during our trip to Florence and the experience was 10/10. The service from all the staff, the rooms, the breakfast...everything was perfect! I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Florence :)

Nice, comfortable, and for what it's for sleeping, the breakfast is very good.

Good location, we were driving, and it was outside the ZTL zone. Clean room, good quality linens. Very helpful reception staff. Valet parking at the hotel, or the option of parking next to the hotel.
