You can never go wrong by going here, excellent cleanliness in the room, abundant breakfast and all the staff from the waiters to the receptionist always available for every need

Good hotel needs to improve the breakfast and bed.

Found this hotel lovely. Good breakfast in a good location.

Was very ready for this to be a 5. The good: location is fantastic. Easily walkable (20mins) to city center, basically along the Arno to get there. Close to train station (15 min walk), and also great pickup/drop-off spot out front for cabs/Ubers if using. The rooms are great. Big bathrooms, good beds, good pillows, good towels. Breakfast was good, lots of options: bunch of different fruit, eggs, bacon, yogurt, tons of bread options, lots of juice, good coffee/tea options. Rooftop pool is pretty cool,amazing views. Front desk helpful when called, quick with extra towels, etc when asked. The not so good: Pool closes at 6 daily which I too bad, as it's be really neat to swim up there in evening with the city lights showing (pic attached) Service at pool a little slow. Could've looked past these things if not for the noise. It was LOUD. Standard street noise, but worst part was a party they had on rooftop. Music wildly loud well past 11, near impossible to sleep. The other nights this wasn't a thing, so probably not a regular occurrence, but def be aware of it. Mentioned to front desk in am at checkout, met with shrugs and "ah yes, the party" Check-in process painfully slow, could be much more efficient as it's not really value add, just waiting for processing of things (esp tough after long travel day + trying to make a dinner reso) AC is not very strong. Even when set low (18 deg) it would never get that low. Had it looked at, didnt seem to help. Overall, would probably come back.

All the staff were super friendly and welcoming, and we especially want to thank the lovely, efficient housekeeper on our floor and the warm, enthusiastic Claudia Carli. We had an amazing and unforgettable three days here. The hotel’s close enough to the train station to walk if you’re not carrying too much. The room feels freshly renovated, with big bathrooms. If we’re back in Florence, we’ll definitely stay here again!

Room was clean, AC did not work (very hot environment).

This hotel was one of the best of our trip. We booked a superior XL room with daily breakfast. The AC worked better than any hotel we stayed at. The bathroom was huge and included double sinks. The pool wasn’t open yet, but we enjoyed seeing the view of the city up there. It was located near a convenient bus stop that takes you to the city center quickly. We will definitely stay here and any NH hotel again!

I chose to stay at this hotel while on vacation with my partner, upon arrival I was greeted by the very kind staff at the reception who surprised me with a room upgrade. The staff in the other departments were also top! Excellent cleaning and the guys in the breakfast room were super professional! We will definitely be back

With family. Spacious and welcoming room. Location close to the center (15m walk with stroller), pleasant walk along the Arno. 6 star breakfast. (Compared to other facilities with much poorer breakfasts). At our request for further cleaning, they immediately took action. Recommended. The guys from the reception to the breakfast are fantastic

Absolutely wonderful experience! This beautiful hotel is located in a safe and lovely area of Florence. We stayed in the Junior Suite and it was beyond our expectations: stunning, spacious, pristine, and with an attached massive patio that was for our exclusive use. Management at this hotel was top notch. Every single staff person at the front desk and in the dining area couldn’t have been more professional, courteous, or friendly. Dinner in their restaurant was excellent as well. We loved our stay at the NH Firenze very much and highly recommend this hotel. It’s a gem!
