By far the best pizza of all Lido Degli Estensi. As a German-Italian food tester, this pizza particularly impressed me – you can immediately tell it's completely different from all the others. The dough is aged twice as long, making the pizza much more digestible than any other. And the flavor and ingredients on the pizza are simply sublime. Eddy, the owner of Idea Pizza, is a true legend in the region and an absolute professional chef with the highest quality standards that you can taste from the first bite. I wish I could eat a pizza like this in Germany. Besides the pizzas, all of which I can recommend, the Fritto Misto is particularly delicious. You can tell that the Barillari family comes from a fishing family; here, too, you experience quality that tastes like it's freshly caught from the sea. The highest quality seafood. I absolutely recommend Idea Pizza; there is no better pizzeria in Lido Degli Estensi and the entire surrounding area. Top-notch service, Idea Pizza is simply a family-friendly atmosphere.
