The price is good, the sandwich is good, but the only shame is the hygiene standards... they handle sandwiches and money without ever using gloves or washing their hands between making one sandwich, paying, and making another. I even saw sandwiches being prepared while the lady had a dressing on her finger and obviously wasn't wearing any kind of glove.
It's a shame because the lampredotto is very well made, but they should improve a lot in terms of hygiene when preparing the sandwiches that then end up in the mouths of consumers.
