26/05/2025: I was recently at the restaurant "Mas" and I have to say that the gastronomic experience was really pleasant! The food was delicious.
I ordered the pasta alla vongole as a first course, which was prepared with fresh and high quality ingredients. The dish was elegantly presented and appetizing.
As a second course the Wagyu A5, which needs no explanation. Simply fantastic.
The prices were reasonable given the quality of the dishes served. I highly recommend the custard with berries. The restaurant had a cozy and intimate atmosphere, with modern and refined decorations. The background music was pleasant and not too loud.
The owner, I suppose, was very friendly and professional. However, there was one situation that we noticed right away. Since it is a refined-looking place, there was a little prejudice since we were dressed casually, jeans and t-shirts.
I said I had not booked and was immediately told that I had to check the possibility of having dinner. Very fast, he told us that if he was quick he would have a table, that is, the last one, in a "hidden" corner.
We arrived around 7:30 pm, we left around 9:30 pm and there were few occupied tables, of which the best ones, with a lake view, were almost all available, just a group of 4 people, elegantly dressed, waved.
I understand that there may be exclusive places with a dress code but I don't think that was the case. I was just disappointed by this fact... there were many places available but the lack of a "jacket and tie" made the experience less fascinating.
I hope that in the future, the wording on the menu: "inclusive place" will actually be like this...
