For my mother's birthday, we're spending a relaxing day in Camigliatello. For lunch, we stop at this restaurant, which we chose based on its TripAdvisor reviews. First of all, I'd like to say that the wait staff is very attentive, but above all, friendly and approachable. The menu offers a wide selection of local specialties. The service is excellent. The appetizers are a bit less good, but the "mpacchiuse" potatoes are excellent. The price is average, with generous portions. You can dine inside or out, and most importantly, they're pet-friendly.

The staff was impeccable and extremely knowledgeable about the menu and wine list, offering valuable advice without ever being intrusive. The dishes were served with perfect timing, and the initial welcome was warm and professional.

Welcoming atmosphere in the center of town. Attentive and courteous service. Upon recommendation, we enjoyed a delicious cheese fondue with mushrooms, Sila potatoes with pancetta and onion, and fresh fried porcini mushrooms. The ravioli with truffles and the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms were fantastic. Excellent products, expertly prepared. A taste experience worth trying again! Excellent value for money.

14/02/2026: At this AL TAGLIO pizzeria, you'll find the time-honored flavor of pan pizza: long leavening and fresh local ingredients. Every time I'm in Castrovillari, I can't help but have dinner... Highly recommended. Small drawback: The place is small and you have to eat standing up. Mainly takeout.
31/01/2026: The food was well prepared, the service was good. And best of all, the place is open at a time when most other places are closed.

11/03/2026: I've been to this typical village restaurant, quaint but very cramped. Excellent pizzas, but the cover charge is steep at €2.50 (this isn't Positano), and quick service, but with a few oversights... I don't recommend online reservations since not everyone is social... P.S.: They could also accept phone reservations.
10/02/2026: Excellent products, super pizza, unfortunately the space is very limited
