I Ventura dal 1948 In Spezzano della sila

A pleasant surprise in the heart of Sila!!! Late morning walk on the Silano plateau and stop for lunch at I Ventura. The place was chosen almost as a bet, attracted by the menu displayed on the street, but the feeling was already good. And indeed, it was a very pleasant surprise! As soon as you enter, you immediately perceive the professionalism of the staff: kind, prepared and well informed about the ingredients and composition of the dishes (which is not so obvious in the area). We ordered two first courses: scialatielli alla pecoraia and tagliatelle with duck. Simply fantastic! Strictly homemade pasta, generous portions and excellent flavours. The quality can be felt throughout, and in fact... obligatory shoe! 😅 Unfortunately, no starters or main courses, but only due to a question of "space" (and not of will!). Final bill: €34.50 for two first courses, a water and two coffees. It may seem slightly high, but given the quantity and above all the quality, absolutely justified. Only note: the location could be improved, but nothing that would affect the dining experience. I will definitely be back!

Beautiful evening! Typical location with attention to detail. Typical Calabrian and Sila quality food. Outstanding Picanha meat! Value for money in the norm. The waiters were all kind and helpful, especially "Beautiful hair"! Super recommended, we will definitely be back!

I went to this restaurant in Camigliatello, in the heart of Sila, and the experience was truly excellent! The place is welcoming and well-kept, perfect for immersing yourself in the mountain atmosphere. The staff is friendly and professional, always attentive to customer needs. The dishes were a real discovery: I tasted a bean, bacon and porcini soup, rich in flavor and perfect for winter days. The caciocavallo fondue was simply exquisite, creamy and enveloping. The porcini mushroom risotto was cooked to perfection, with an intense and well-balanced flavour. To conclude, a fresh and delicious berry cheesecake. An ideal place to enjoy excellent food in a warm and relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

Stumbled upon it by chance on the recommendation of friends. Very kind owner and welcoming and friendly staff. Fast service. Exquisite dishes with quality raw materials. All very good. Adequate price. Highly recommended.

Local located right on Corso di Camigliatello. Kind, courteous and above all very friendly people. Really excellent risotto and tagliatelle with mushrooms. Fondue rating 10. Too bad for the mbacchiuse potatoes, which should have been the strong point. Overall I recommend the place which has made significant changes to the structure compared to previous years!!!

Eight of us had dinner and ordered a few starters and various dishes each. The food was very good. The wait was almost non-existent. The super excellent service, especially Josè who served us with great courtesy and friendliness (we would really like him to move to Puglia with us)

We found ourselves in this restaurant reading the excellent reviews, I can confirm that everything was delicious from the appetizer platter of cold cuts and cheeses to the first courses! Tagliatelle with mushrooms 🍄 absolutely worth trying! Many seconds but not tried, we went straight to the desserts!! Great to try

Ci siamo trovati in questo ristorante leggendo le ottime recensione, posso confermare che era tutto buonissimo dall'antipasto tagliere di salumi e formaggi ai primi! Tagliatelle ai funghi 🍄 da provare assolutamente! Tanti secondi ma nn provati, siamo andati direttamente sui dolci!! Ottimo da provare
