It was a very pleasant surprise, given that I didn't know this restaurant and we were very satisfied with the food and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. We will definitely be back.

Excellent pizza. Try the fusilloni with scampi sauce. The service was quick and the staff were always courteous and attentive.

Restaurant mainly specialized in serving fish-based dishes. Despite being located in Laterza, known for a completely different type of cuisine, in this restaurant we enjoyed excellent seafood dishes, well presented and, above all, very original. Local chef and excellent raw materials. Polite service with adequate presentation of the dishes and prices in line with the proposals.

Posto accogliente, cibo ottimo e sevizio impeccabile. In tre abbiamo speso 82,00 euro. E il servizio è veramente top. Ci torneremo.

The raw seafood is excellent, the rigatoni with seafood carbonara and the fusilloni are good, the fried calamari and prawns are tasty. Friendly staff, location a little dated. Waiting times are a little long.

Excellent restaurant, friendly and helpful owner, excellent dishes

Stellar dishes (mainly fish but there is also a meat menu) divinely prepared. Excellent service, kind and smiling staff, compliments to the chef/owner for the excellent management of his beautiful restaurant/pizzeria. Nice welcoming location, we felt at ease. Clean and spacious environment (finally enough space between tables, something I rarely find in restaurants). To conclude, I say that there are very rare cases in which someone knows how to do everything well, but here at the "Three Flavors" I found that rarity, that skill so coveted by others, even those with stars. Congratulations to the Chef and his excellent cuisine! See you soon!

I discovered this place through TheFork We ate very well, the dessert: a layer of puff pastry with amaretto cream and berries, exquisite. The owner of a unique kindness. I will be back to try other dishes. I highly recommend it
