Nice welcoming atmosphere, with tables both outside and inside. Eggplant meatballs in chickpea cream (2 pieces €7) to say the least delicious. The pinza was decent... the seasoning was not top quality, the buffalo mozzarella did not seem buffalo at all... there is definitely better... The water, a bottle of just under a liter (perhaps tap water) at €2.50 per bottle, still and not cold. The beer is good and quite cold. Prices are normal. This was my experience. I will return because the judgment cannot be given with just one visit.

Kind and helpful staff, pinse not to my liking, I don't think they make them but only seasoned and baked, that's not what I'm looking for in a Pinseria. Fried food not excellent.

locale grande, arredamento particolare un po country. una scelta molto vasta di pinse. la pasta della pinsa è bella croccante e soffice . alcune pinse risultano un po troppo secche con gli ingredienti suggeriti: più una focaccia-pane .. quindi scegliete con cura quale pinsa volete. il sabato è un po caotico e abbiamo aspettato molto.. inoltre hanno portato la pinsa a tutti i commensali del tavolo ad eccezione di uno, che ha dovuto aspettare altri 20 minuti per la successiva infornata (ci hanno detto che il forno ne accetta (forse 15) e quella del nostro amico era la 16a). come suggerimento direi di ottimizzare meglio le ordinazioni in modo da non dover lasciare una persona del tavolo a guardare gli altri che mangiano.
