Opposite the Romagna Shopping area, easy to get to with ample parking nearby, is this charming piadineria. It's not the typical kiosk-style establishment we see in these parts, but rather a warm and welcoming little semi-wooden space. The same goes for the owner, who is extremely kind and cheerful. I had the must-have of local cuisine—the panino—paired with another Romagna staple: the expertly au gratin sardoni (sardines) accompanied by bright red radicchio. What can I say? I couldn't stop eating because of how delicious it was! I forgot about the expense I'd incurred. So, on your way back or before your shopping trip, stop by the treasures of the Rubicone, a place of tradition and authenticity.
