Such a great sushi place. The nigiri flambe was amazing and the staff was very friendly :)

We had called ahead to make a reservation and ask if vegan and gluten-free options were available, but the person who answered said they only served vegetarian dishes. However, checking the menu on the website revealed otherwise. So we went to the restaurant anyway, and the waiter at the entrance, a young and affable man with a Roman accent, very kindly showed us all the available options and found us a table even though the restaurant was fully booked and we hadn't booked. The private dining room was an oasis of tranquility and comfort, and the staff, composed of smiling and kind young waiters, demonstrated great professionalism and attentiveness to our needs. We particularly liked the fact that the restaurant employs a team of young Trieste-based workers, creating a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. The dishes were high-quality and the service impeccable. Kudos to the restaurant management and the excellent work of the staff. We were truly satisfied with our experience and will definitely return. Highly recommended!!!

I was traveling and found this place at the last minute. I'm used to all-you-can-eat sushi, so I was scared, but I was wrong. At this non-all-you-can-eat sushi place, the food is excellent, and I get about the same price as an all-you-can-eat for dinner.

Today I chose the naku yaki; I've never had such a good naku yaki: it tasted like every flavor in the world!!!! Really delicious! Excellent chef!!!

Truly delicious food! The menu is only on paper, not an all-you-can-eat option. Personally, I still spent less than an all-you-can-eat option. For two, we ordered two portions of maki/uramaki (8 pieces each), two portions of nigiri (2 pieces each), a portion of raw salmon (9 pieces), and finally a portion of tuna and rice (as pictured). Plus service charge and water, we spent €50 in total. Recommended!

Absolutely great sushi! Huge portions compare to other sushi restaurants we have been to, and really high quality food. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We stopped here randomly for lunch and left 100% satisfied. We will definitely be returning!
