Very well-prepared dishes and a wide choice.

Small place with an open kitchen. Very good sushi a la carte. The pieces are large and the dishes are generous. The only flaw is that the spring rolls are gigantic. Otherwise, everything was excellent!! We'll be back.

Really good! Unfortunately, the bright light makes it not very cozy. Fast service and a wide selection!

The food was very delicious. But the service is pathetic. Takeaway orders have priority, so guests staying in the restaurant have to wait an extremely long time to receive their order. We specifically asked for all the sushi to be brought out at once, but unfortunately that was not the case, we received them in 2-3 stages. They served 3 portions of sushi after about 50 minutes of waiting (I should note that there were only 3 of us in the restaurant), and they did not bring soy sauce, wasabi and ginger. When we told the waitress, she complained indignantly to the others. The last order was 4 pieces of nigiri, 2 of which I received broken, all the teriyaki sauce stuck to the plate, the other 2 nigiri also had some kind of mayonnaise-based sauce. When I said that I do not consume any kind of mayonnaise, the waitress's response was that it is ONLY sushi sauce (which of course has mayonnaise in it). According to him, my only problem was that the nigiri didn't look like the photo on the menu. It really only had teriyaki sauce on it, if I knew it would also have "sushi sauce" on it, I wouldn't have ordered it. We didn't get the dessert (soufflé) at the end of the meal, but during the meal. Even though they came to ask us twice when we would like the dessert.

We had called ahead to make a reservation and ask if vegan and gluten-free options were available, but the person who answered said they only served vegetarian dishes. However, checking the menu on the website revealed otherwise. So we went to the restaurant anyway, and the waiter at the entrance, a young and affable man with a Roman accent, very kindly showed us all the available options and found us a table even though the restaurant was fully booked and we hadn't booked. The private dining room was an oasis of tranquility and comfort, and the staff, composed of smiling and kind young waiters, demonstrated great professionalism and attentiveness to our needs. We particularly liked the fact that the restaurant employs a team of young Trieste-based workers, creating a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. The dishes were high-quality and the service impeccable. Kudos to the restaurant management and the excellent work of the staff. We were truly satisfied with our experience and will definitely return. Highly recommended!!!

I was traveling and found this place at the last minute. I'm used to all-you-can-eat sushi, so I was scared, but I was wrong. At this non-all-you-can-eat sushi place, the food is excellent, and I get about the same price as an all-you-can-eat for dinner.

Today I chose the naku yaki; I've never had such a good naku yaki: it tasted like every flavor in the world!!!! Really delicious! Excellent chef!!!

Truly delicious food! The menu is only on paper, not an all-you-can-eat option. Personally, I still spent less than an all-you-can-eat option. For two, we ordered two portions of maki/uramaki (8 pieces each), two portions of nigiri (2 pieces each), a portion of raw salmon (9 pieces), and finally a portion of tuna and rice (as pictured). Plus service charge and water, we spent €50 in total. Recommended!
